Perfect for families or a group of friends, our Two Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, Alpine Vista Suite in Breckenridge, Colorado, is a modern, luxury mountain retreat that sleeps up to 8 guests and up to two additional furry friends. The master bedroom open to the living room below, features a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom just steps away that features a deep soaking tub. A double sleeper sofa in the living room provides flexible sleeping options.

The suite includes a full kitchen, dining area that seats 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Step out onto the balcony from the living room to enjoy top-floor views of town, the Beaver Run Super Chair, and the surrounding mountains.

Guests enjoy ski-in/ski-out access on Peak 9 (subject to opening and closing dates as determined by Breckenridge Ski Resort) and full Beaver Run Resort amenities, including hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, sauna, fitness center, arcade, and on-site dining options.

Covered parking is available with in-and-out privileges for a fee. All on-site parking is charged nightly, ranging from $15–$40 per vehicle depending on the season.

There are no additional housekeeping fees. Daily mini-service is included, which covers trash removal, replenishing amenities, and fresh towels. When you book directly through Beaver Run, you can also enjoy the convenience of leaving your unit without any departure cleaning required.

Traveling with your dog? This unit welcomes up to two dogs with prior approval. Please reach out to the host before booking to ensure your dog(s) meet our pet policy requirements. Pet fees apply and are $40 per night for one dog, plus an additional $20 per night for a second dog. A maximum of two dogs is permitted per stay.
