The only issue we had with this stay was the fact that the roofers were directly above our unit for 2 days, and they were very loud when we were in the unit trying to play cards/games. Pounding was hard enough that we moved away from the wall hanging by dining room table for fear it may fall. We think when they dropped the shingle stacks- because it shook the whole unit and was very loud. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in Breck.

The condo was in a great location to Main Street and skiing. Everything is walkable. The condo is comfortable and looks like pictures. We had an issue with the heating, the condo did not stay warm and we were cold a few times through our stay. Other suggestions would be to add new pillows and to clean the draws in the kitchen as there were crumbs and stuff from prior guests. Other than the above it was a nice stay.

Perfect location

This was a great location. Very short walk to the slopes and down town. Although it didn’t have its own private hot tub, there were 4 hot tubs and plenty of room to spread out, even during peak ski season. We were also lucky enough to have stayed at the condo right after renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms so everything was really nice. Check in was really easy and the hosts were very accessible.

Great condo near the Quicksilver Lift

We really enjoyed our stay at this Motherlode condo. The unit was recently re-appointed and had a nice plush carpet and new tile in the bathrooms. The condo is, as mentioned in other reviews, all the way up on the third floor (no elevator) so we kept our skis in the car all week. The property management company, Summit Rentals, was very responsive and immediately addressed a couple of issues with kitchen appliances. My one important suggestion for the owners would be to improve the living area seating. There is only room for five (even though the unit sleeps 10-12) and that was pretty tight. A larger sectional sofa would do the trick.

Great Property!

The property was great. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The location of the property made it an easy walk to town. The whole process of booking/ checking in/ checking out was easy. I would recommend this property to anyone else considering staying in Breckenridge.

Could be cleaner but good for the price

Overall we enjoyed the location and property. There were just a lot of cleanliness issues. Lights that were out, dishwasher with mold in it that wouldn't properly clean dishes, dust. Location was great and we had a good time.

Best Summer Vacation

This condo was everything we hoped for! Perfect for large families or group getaways. In a prime location, only a short walk from Main Street with restaurants and gift shops galore. Summit Mountain Rentals staff were absolutely amazing. They’re communication with renters was spot on, making the checking in and out process extremely smooth. We will definitely going back.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Very central to lots of restaurants, parks, and shops. Lots of amenities to enjoy as well- you can pool and hot tub no matter the weather!

Convenient Location and roomy accomodation

Walking distance to both the chairlift (Quicksilver) and the town (main street). From the parking lot, just follow the blue sign on the trail to the ski slope. Make sure you go straight when you get to cross Columbine road. We turned and went around Marriott property on the first day there. Even the detour and extra walking it still only took us 10 minutes to get to the lift. With correct route, going straight and cross the blue river on the bridge, you should get there in just over 5 minutes. You can ski all the way back to the bridge from the slope in spring. I was told the bridge was covered with snow in the winter. Saw many people walking to the town for dinner. Kids loved the loft feature of the unit. Being on the top floor, the unit is very quiet and had very good view. You do need to climb three flights of stairs though which is fine in exchange of not hearing footsteps over the ceiling. One things to mention is the reliability of wifi internet. We lost internet service for at least two extended occasions. If you depend on internet connection for work, make sure you have alternative accessing method. We used our Verizon hotspot during the outage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here at Motherlode and would return when we come back to the area.

Perfect Ski Trip Spot

Great spot to stay for ski trip. Walking distance to Quicksilver lift and to downtown. Excellent communication and response from property manager as they were very helpful. Great price and all-around convenience. I would recommend this spot for anyone.

Perfect for Groups and Close to Everything!

This is a great condo for groups to stay in with plenty of beds and space for everyone! It's close enough to walk to a lot of things in town and super close to peak 9 which is great! The only downside for us was the check-in experience. You have to stop at their office downtown which is almost a mile away and was very inconvenient for us since we took a shuttle to Breckenridge and didn't have a car so had to walk with our bags from the shuttle drop-off to the office and then either walk, take a bus, or Uber from their office to the condo so that was inconvenient. Other than that we had a great stay! This is a great condo!

Walking dustance to DT Breck shops, quiet, family friendly neighborhood

This condo was perfect for our family of 4, with more than enough room. We loved being on the top floor, and our girls loved the loft area. We used the pool and hot tub area every day. It was very quiet and neighbors were very respectful. We loved our quick drive or walk to the shops. Grocery and gondola were a quick drive away as well.

Little dissapointed

Pros: Check in and out super easy. When sink was broken apon arrival we called and they fixed it promptly. Great location. Kitchen is nice and updated. Pool and hot tubs are great. Tons of towells. Cons: Bathrooms outdated and had some mold. Floors were sticky in bathrooms . Main bath is very tight. Door opens and hits toliet. Bathroom rug looked dirty. Carpet throughout looked dirty and was very bumpy(?). This is 3rd floor unit and no elevator and never saw that info in listing.
