This quiet and private home is situated on the second hole of the Beaver Course on the Jack Nicklaus Championship Golf Course. You’ll have unbeatable access to perfect your swing before heading to the clubhouse for food, drinks, and incredible views. Enjoy a workout at the Breckenridge Rec Center just 5 minutes away! Explore 100 miles of cross-country skiing and snowshoe trails originating at the Nordic Center; located just steps from your house. Bike to nearby towns along the protected bike path, and discover world-class downhill skiing at Breckenridge Resort as well as other nearby ski destinations including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, and Vail. Or head into town to enjoy delicious meals at local eateries.

Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large picture windows add to the cozy ambience. Admire Mt. Baldy from a spacious deck and revel in the cool mountain breeze. A covered patio with a hot tub and an additional deck offer seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Curl up on inviting sofas and armchairs for a movie on the 60” TV as the gas fireplace warms the room. One of the sofas opens to reveal a queen sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the culinary utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals. Fuel up with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar for two, then gather for a hearty breakfast at the dining table.

The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, and deck access. The spa-like en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity, walk-in closet, walk-in steam shower, and lavish jetted tub. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and access to the yard. The third bedroom also has an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed and twin trundle bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth guest room provides a queen foam sleeper sofa (i.e. American Leather sleeper sofa) in the media room, 46” TV, office nook, en-suite bathrooms with a tub/shower combination and access to the yard. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room (upstairs) and a half bath also located upstairs.

For your convenience there is a free local shuttle Free shuttle to downtown Breckenridge (Green Shuttle), which picks up just a few steps away at the Breckenridge Golf Course/Nordic Center Clubhouse and drops off at Breckenridge Station/Main Gondola.

Two second-floor decks (one with a gas grill) offer plenty of space to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Enjoy a luxurious soak in the hot tub on the covered, ground-level patio.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
