    Onze appartementen in Park Place liggen op de hoek van Park Avenue en Four O'Clock Road in het centrum van Breckenridge, dicht bij de liften en op korte loopafstand van Main Street. Gasten kunnen skiën op Four O ’Clock Run en naar hun appartement lopen. Het complex beschikt ook over twee eigen hot tubs in de buitenlucht, een gashaard en gratis overdekte parkeerplaats, evenals seizoensgebonden toegang tot het Upper Village-zwembad en de hot tub.

    Dit gematigde appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is het perfecte uitje voor gezinnen of groepen van maximaal zeven personen. Als u de woonkamer binnenloopt, zult u onder de indruk zijn van de prachtige gashaard omringd door steen en het eigen balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Er zijn ook veel zitplaatsen en een lcd-tv voor entertainment na een lange dag op de berg. De volledig uitgeruste keuken heeft granieten aanrecht, ruimte voor zes aan de eettafel en ruimte voor drie meer aan de ontbijtbar.

    U zult het geweldig vinden om aan de overkant van de gratis shuttle te zijn om u zowel in de zomer als in de winter door de stad te brengen! Andere voorzieningen zijn gratis Wi-Fi, wasmachine / droger in de unit en parkeergelegenheid voor twee voertuigen.

This place feels like a cabin and has the necessities. It was very cozy and the location was awesome. Biggest downside was the quality of the beds. Would rent again.

Very Convenient to Breck

Great place! Not super updated but has all you need for your stay. My family made it our home away from home for 2 weeks. Breck is a fantastic place for families over the summer. Manager is extremely responsive and will answer all questions promptly.

Couldn’t have asked for more convenience. The condo had everything needed, check in was very smooth with the lockbox, everything was clean, and management was always responsive. I hope we can visit again!

We arrived after a full day of travel about 20 minutes early. I called the property management company to see if we could get in. They said that there was follow up from an inspection and that they would notify me when available. At exactly 4PM I got the robotic messsge with the remaining instructions. I felt I was brushed off to stick with the standard time for a meer 20 minutes.

Week long ski stay

Well maintained and comfortable condo in a great location. A short walk to the Snowflake lift and on the bus line to the base of peak 9. Easy ski in from 4 o’clock run. The kitchen was well stocked. (Does need a larger frying pan.) Washer and dryer were very helpful.

Excellent location. Toilet in one bathroom was not cleaned and we were given the wrong key code for the unit. Had to tell the downstairs kids to turn down the music at their parties 2 different nights. However, the unit was nice and was very close to downtown, just a couple minute walk. We had no oven mitts and the manager got them to us the day we asked, so excellent service from management.

Property was fine, but a little worn. Communication was good, but had some difficulty because the office was in a different location than the condo. Beds were pretty worn out too. Condo was on the 3rd floor so you definitely get your exercise! Would probably work for some guests for the price, but we will choose another location that works better for us if we return to Breckenridge. The benefit of being close to town is the biggest positive for this condo

Condo is in a great location, close to Main St. It’s on the 3rd floor so there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. The unit is dated but clean. The management company charges a fee to pay with credit card and only provided check-in instructions 30 minutes before check-in, but otherwise communication was fine.

There is a free bus stop across the street to connect with the mountain and easy to ski 4 o clock trail all the way to the condo after a day on the mountain. Condo is on 3rd floor but not a bad walk up as we usually found a parking spot at the base of the stairs. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy but nice common space with fireplace allowed for hanging out. Did not use the hot tub facilities but condo had a nice steam shower. The decor in the condo is dated but is otherwise a great place to stay.

In the morning we took the free shuttle right outside 1 stop to the lifts. At the end of the day you can ski down the 4 o'clock run to the condo. The condo was clean and offered plenty of space. We did not use the hot tub but that is on site but the next building over. Would stay here again.

Cool Retro Vibe; Amazing Location

The location was great. Definitely walking distance to peak 9 lifts. It also is a short walk from the 4 o’clock town run, if you want to end your ski day right at the condo. It is important to note that the “hike” up to the condo from the parking lot is pretty strenuous. It’s three stories up and you’re at ~8k feet in elevation. There is no elevator, so just be ready to carry stuff up!
