- Enjoy a penthouse condo nestled between Breckenridge Main Street and The Village base area at Peak 9. Walk everywhere! Resort features a large outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, steam rooms, complimentary ski valet, movie theatre, heated underground parking, ski shops, multiple restaurants, Lululemon and other boutiques... all steps from the rest of the world class shopping, dining and experiences Breckenridge has to offer. Vaulted ceilings, covered deck and mountain views!
The space
**Full remodel/new furniture completed in 2024**
• This penthouse condo is on the top (fourth) floor of the building and shares only one wall (farthest bedroom).
• Open concept kitchen/living/dining with vaulted ceilings and high-end finishes throughout.
• Large kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a meal. Features a large island, 3 barstools, top of the line stainless steal appliances, stone countertops and tile backsplash.
• Cozy living room with large flatscreen TV and gas fireplace with a stacked stone surround. Queen sofa sleeper.
• Dining table with comfortable seating for eight at the table.
• Large covered patio with mountain and ski area views, overlooking downtown Breckenridge and Illinois creek wetlands.
• Full size washer/dryer located in the unit.
Bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms both featuring a king bed, flatscreen TV, work desk and an ensuite bathrooms.
• The third bedroom features two twin beds, flatscreen TV, a work desk and a full bathroom in the hallway.
• Split floor plan features one king bedroom on the right of the kitchen/living room area and the other two bedrooms on the left.
Complex and Amenity Features:
• Complimentary ski valet through Charter Sports so there is no need to bring ski boots or gear to the room.
• Large outdoor area featuring a heated outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, gas grills and views of Maggie Pond and the ski area. *The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment starting May 11th, 2026. Lasting roughly six weeks. During this time, owners and guests are able to stop by the front desk to check out a key for use of the pool at our neighboring property, the Village at Breck.
• Fitness center for all of your workout needs, a steam room and 3 additional outdoor hot tubs.
• Salt water hot tub private to Water House.
• Multiple shops and restaurants.
• If the condo isn't ready yet on the day of your arrival, you're welcome to park your car and/or drop off your luggage for storage at the front desk until it is ready.
Parking:
• EV charger located in the garage
• Underground parking for 1 car.
***PLEASE NOTE*** There is a $35/night parking fee that will need to be paid on-site at a garage kiosk in order to park in the building. This fee is not included in the price and must be paid at the time of parking.
• Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage must park in a Breckenridge overnight pay lot. More information at BreckPark.

Parking Limit: 1 spot is available in the underground parking garage for a fee of $35/night.
Main Street Station Location:
• Several restaurants are also located in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores. There is a public fire pit located next to Maggie pond that is a great place for relaxing.
• Main Street Station is located next to the Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses.
• The complex is located on Main Street, at the corner of Park Ave and Main. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk. Across the street you'll find the Breckenridge Brewery serving lunch and dinner or Broken Compass Brewery featuring lots of locally made draft beers.
• Walk to events located in the Village! Just a minute's walk from the Waterhouse building. Check out future events at GoBreck.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash.
• Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
