Important Things to Note

• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.

• WiFi: Due to Breckenridge’s remote mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Parking: Driveway parking is for 1 vehicle only. No street parking. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Communal amenities: Access to community/clubhouse amenities (gym, hot tub, indoor pool) may be available and is managed by the community; availability, hours, and offerings can vary.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest • Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home, and please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or damage.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
