Dit mooie huis is gelegen op meer dan een acre van land, in een rustige cul-de-sac biedt privacy, rust en een zonnige weide. De open plattegrond is voorzien van een chef-kok de keuken, kersenhouten vloeren en gewelfde plafonds. Vijf slaapkamers, twee woongroepen en een open plattegrond zorgen voor de gewenste als het doorbrengen van een vakantie met familie en vrienden comfort. Dit prachtige huis is op loopafstand van de Breckenridge Golf Course en de Nordic Center. Ook inbegrepen voor deze eigenschap is de toegang tot een prive-shuttle (seizoensgebonden - winter).

LOCATIE - De exclusieve wijk Highlands van Breckenridge is de perfecte locatie om weg te komen van dit alles terwijl het nog steeds dicht bij alles wat Breckenridge en Summit County te bieden hebben. Deze eigenschap is ongeveer drie en een halve mijl van Main Street en de gondel. Het pad systeem is direct uit de achterdeur toegang tot eindeloze wandel-en fietspaden.

The house was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. We appreciated that the owner allowed pets. The communication with the owner was excellent. We liked the location as being private and yet not too far from town.I did need to let the owner know that the hot tub had not been cleaned and the dishwasher was not functioning properly. The items were attended to in a timely manner. We did notice that those who slept in the bedrooms below the kitchen could hear people walking above. We would stay at the house again.

Beautiful location to celebrate Christmas!

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for my husband and me, three adult sons, daughter in law and two grandsons. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and a short drive to Breckenridge for skiing. The property manager responded quickly to any questions we had. Would love to stay there again!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! The house worked great for our family that came to visit and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was gorgeous and we saw fox and deer and played golf in the neighborhood as well.

The Perfect Breck Ski Trip Vacation Home

This was, by far, the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the listing, and the owners have clearly put much attention into the details to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. The location is very close to Breckenridge skiing and shopping, but in a quiet mountain neighborhood with beautiful views. We highly recommend!!

Great Place

We have an annual family picnic in Breck and over the years our little family has grown so we’ve rented various houses. This was the best. Very clean, plenty of room for everyone, and plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and toys. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed, with plenty of counter space for multiple cooks. Beds were comfortable. We’d like to stay here again.

Snow Fun!

This house is wonderful! It has all the comforts of home. We were a group of 9 plus an infant. Everyone had plenty of room to hangout. Kitchen was fully equipped. The beds are cozy with amazing views. The location was great only a short drive to the mountain. Loved the neighborhood. A very well maintained property. Can’t wait to come back.

we stayed 4 nights. the place was as advertised, with hot tub functioning well. the dishwasher does not work but we didn't mind doing dishes. some of the stovetops do not work but enough did that it was functional for our purposes. the garage was big and a great place to stage for skiing each day

Sisters vacation

The house was beautiful and the view was great. The bedrooms each with bathrooms worked great for 3 couples. There were a few small things that could use a little maintenance, nothing major. The main thing keeping this review at 4 stars is that both of the master bedrooms did not have windows covering for the patio/deck doors. While this offered beautiful views from bed including deer one morning, it is not ideal if you are wanting to sleep in past 6 am.

Property size and location were great for five couples’ late September gathering. House condition was very disappointing upon entry. Broken oven, no heat, missing items. A screen door was leaning against a dresser, screws and bolts lying on furniture/floor, and chairs shoved against fireplace. Poor first impression and had to spend vacation time addressing issues

Overall, a great spot for large groups

Overall, we had a great time at Pine Needle. The house itself is absolutely stunning and in a wonderful, serene location. We particularly enjoyed the views and ability to go on scenic walks during our stay. It is also just a quick drive into town. The house is completely stocked with everything you might need and was very clean. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the oven, refrigerator, and bathtub all broke during our short stay. We were notified that the oven was broke 30 mins before check-in and were told that "they just found out." We later learned that this was a recurring issue that just hadn't been taken care of. Additionally, the fridge completely broke on day 2, causing our group of 14 to use a mini fridge and ultimately throw out a large amount of food. The management company offered a small amount of compensation, but did not seem terribly concerned that our family vacation had been interrupted almost every day that we were there. Unfortunately, we would probably not book another property with Pinnacle Lodging due to this experience.

Most rentals we have stayed in did not have enough bathrooms but this one did. The kitchen has a giant island which helped. Overall it was a great stay. Nice hiking areas right by the house and an easy drive to Breckenridge or Frisco. A plug in griddle would be nice and curtains in the master on deck doors.

There are plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of living space between the kitchen and living area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outside space.The owners/rental agency, reached out by text several times, and were very responsive. We did have snow, the plow came. We also had some shovels to clean up walk areas.Definitely recommend this property. We would go back again. Nice central area for skiing several different areas we skied Breckenridge .,copper ,a basin.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was decorated nice with plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 3 children. Sleeping arrangements were fine with comfortable beds for everyone. There was lots of space for the kids to play and adults to socialize. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking meals for the group. Use of the garage for 2 vehicles was a nice bonus that is not typically available for most rental vacation homes. Plenty of storage for ski equipment at night.The only down side to our stay in the house was the heating system. We smelled natural gas in the lower level when we checked into the house. We immediately reported to Pinnacle Lodging and a service technician was sent out. (Communication back from Pinnacle Lodging should have been better on this issue). The technician found a gas leak and repaired that evening. Unfortunately, the temperature was below zero during our stay and the house was quite cold during this period. The heating system in the master bedroom wasn’t functioning well and the temp dropped to 58 degrees that night after the leak was repaired so another call to Pinnacle Lodging. The technician wasn’t able to solve the problem so we used a space heater and left the door open at night to get some heat from the main living area. It is disappointing that the gas leak wasn’t reported and repaired prior to our visit to the property. If it weren’t for the gas leak and general heating issues, I would have rated the property satisfaction much higher.

This house offered plenty of space for relaxing, visiting, and cooking together. The bedrooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. One day during our stay, the snow began to fall around noon while we were out on the nordic run and we were in awe of the experience - the huge snowflakes against the backdrop of the mountains and pine trees! We spent the rest of the afternoon cooking, playing games and watching the snow fall. We received over a foot of snow. KINKS: one toilet did not flush at all and another was clogged (the plumber informed us that it appeared the cleaning crew HAD flushed soap left from the previous tenants), and the oven door was loose causing an annoying alarm to keep going off. We had to flip the breaker off until maintenance could come out.

Great House in Breck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for family ski vacation for 6 adults and 5 children. Shuttle to slopes a BIG plus ! Only complaint more information on operation of Sonos and downstairs theater system would be helpful. Property management company was very responsive and helpful.

A dream vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was a dream! I didn’t think the pictures did it justice. We truly enjoyed our one week stay and look forward to visiting Breck again (and hopefully getting to stay here again!) Enjoying the scenery while sitting out in the deck was lovely. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but I wish I had!
