STUDIO + LOFT, 2 BA CONDO - SKI IN, SHUTTLE OUT - STROLL NAAR MAIN ST

De River Mountain Lodge biedt het gemak en comfort van een condominium (met hotelvoorzieningen) in het hart van het historische centrum van Breckenridge. De lodge ligt aan de overkant van het einde van de 04:00 Run op hoek van Park Ave. en Ski Hill Road, en op slechts een steenworp afstand van de Riverwalk Center en de nieuwe Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Gewoon naar beneden skiën, lopen over de straat en je thuis bent! The River Mountain Lodge ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van Main Street Breckenridge en een korte shuttle-rit naar de gondel of de Peak 9-basis. Het is de perfecte combinatie van rust en comfort in de bergen.

River Mountain Lodge W311 is een ruime, twee-level appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op de pistes van de patio. Er is een volledig ingerichte keuken met granieten werkbladen, twee badkamers, een grote lcd-tv en een open haard hout om te loungen aan na het skiën. De eettafel biedt plaats aan vier, en er is ruimte voor drie aan de balie voor een snel ontbijt of een après-ski snack. U zult ook genieten van de interne wasmachine / droger, gratis Wi-Fi, een ondergrondse parkeergarage (een auto) met lift, een fitnesscentrum, een verwarmd buitenbad en hot tubs.

Good location, clean place.

This review is specifically for skiers - it is the info I look for when booking a ski in/ski out resort.This condo is at the bottom of 4 O'clock run - just across the street. The gondola is about 2 blocks away. Very walkable for snowboarders - a bit of a slog for skiers carrying skis and wearing ski boots. As skiers, we took the frequent busses in front of the lodge to either the gondola or Peak 7 or 8.The lodging is not fancy, but is clean and adequate accommodations with easy access to the slopes and the town of Breckenridge. Nice indoor parking.

Keep carbon dioxide alarms maintained

At about 3:30 AM, the carbon monoxide/fire detector was alarming with a loud beep every 30 seconds or so. My two year old granddaughter was woken up and frantic, along with my sister and I. I found a chair to dislodge the detectors trying to shut the sound off before the fire department arrived! Please keep these devices maintained so that the alarms don’t go off in the middle of the night! I was finally able to locate the wall detector that was beeping and unplugged it. Even then, I was kept up wondering if we had a gas leak! Needless to say, my granddaughter was awake the rest of the early morning until we checked out. Our trip was wonderful until that last evening/morning. I feel that because of the negligence of keeping the alarm system maintained, our trip ended on a very low note.

Perfect location for a couple of small family or a couple of friends to escape to Breck. Great layout and absolutely perfect location for a winter or summer stay. Right off Main St so super convenient access to restaurants, shops, etc. Absolutely perfect for skiing as there is a shuttle stop at the lodge, and 4:00 ends literally across the street. Would definitely stay here again

Great location and space for a family!

We stayed in Breckenridge for a weekend soccer game and this location is unmatched to walk around town! We loved having a big open space with 2 bathrooms for a family of 4. Check in was a breeze and communication was great! We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location

The condo is in a perfect location for shopping, restaurants, and the Gondola. It is nicely equipped. Tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback would be the summer months when needing to open windows. The street is very busy and loud 24/7. Also we prefer a contactless check in however the team was very nice and quick. They are attentive to all your needs. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect location!

The location of this building is perfect! You can step out of the building, cross a bridge and be in the middle of downtown. We love being able to walk to restaurants or to get coffee. Very close to the gondola. Close drive to many hikes. This was our second stay in this lodge but a different unit. It is a bit run down (older carpet, showers a bit dingy due to lots of use) but the beds are comfortable and there was everything we needed. I would trade new and shiny for this location any day!

Great Stay and Perfect Location!

The River Mountain Lodge could not be in a better location! The free shuttle bus to the gondola and Peaks 7 & 8 stops right out front and you can ski Four O'clock at the end of the day, finishing just across the street. It's also just a short walk to Main Street with all its shops and restaurants. The front desk and ski valet staff are courteous and attentive. We loved the Super Bowl party hosted in the bar in the lobby. The condo was comfortable and clean. It would be tight if you had more than two couples. We had two adults and we each had out own space: one in the loft and the other in the Murphy bed in the living room. I would definitely stay here again!
