Additional conveniences include a heated garage, level driveway, and a covered outdoor deck designed for year-round enjoyment. Nestled in a quiet location just 2.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge, the gondola, and the base areas of Peaks 6–9, the home offers both privacy and easy access to town and the slopes.

With space for up to 10 guests, this retreat is ideal for relaxing and creating lasting memories in the Rocky Mountains for a large family with children or for a multi-family visit. Children under 2 are not recommended due to the floor plan. A 4 Wheel Drive or AWD car is highly recommended. Parking for maximum 3 vehicles.

During the ski season, don't worry about finding a parking space by the gondola- take advantage of the free, private, in-town shuttle!

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
