NIEUWE NAAM: Dit herenhuis heette vroeger "Fairmont Residence aan de rivier de 229." Nieuwe naam, dezelfde geweldige eigenschap!

The Shores 229 ligt in een prachtige omgeving aan de Blue River, met de Tenmile Range als achtergrond. Het is gewoon aan de overkant van de Breckenridge Golf Club en een vijf minuten rijden van de pistes en het centrum van Breckenridge. U zult genieten van de rust en afzondering (maar toch gunstige locatie) van deze exclusieve woongemeenschap.

Dit mooie 4 slaapkamers, 3. 5 badkamer stadshuis is een geweldige manier om luxe ervaren op zijn best. Het is de perfecte uitje voor groepen van maximaal acht personen. Na een heerlijke dag skiën in het wereldberoemde Breckenridge Ski Resort, op slechts een klein eindje rijden van het stadshuis, kunt u een duik nemen in de privé-hot tub.

De grote kamer combineert een woonkamer met open keuken en een formele eettafel. Geweldig uitzicht op de prachtige vloer tot het plafond rots open haard en 42 '' lcd-tv erboven maken dit een geweldige plek om te ontspannen. De volledig ingerichte open keuken heeft mooie granieten aanrecht, custom els kasten, een professionele vier-pits fornuis plus een bakplaat, en top-of-the-line kookgerei. De eettafel biedt plaats aan acht, en er is ruimte voor drie aan het aanrecht.

Trek er op uit om de flagstone terras aan echte ontspanning buiten te vinden. Zet het gas vuurplaats en glijden in de zes-persoons prive hot tub om echt te genieten van het uitzicht op de bergen. Na het weken, maak wat diner op het gas grill om uw grote outdoor avond voort te zetten. Andere voorzieningen zijn gratis Wi-Fi door het hele huis en een verwarmd twee auto garage met twee extra voertuig oprit. Doe de was tijdens uw verblijf in de wasmachine / droger aan de voorzijde in de was- / modderruimte.

Overall it was ok. The hot tub which was a main feature we needed and we used as a filter to search properties, was not usable until the last night we were there so that was really disappointing. The garage access door wouldn’t lock so that left a few in our group a little worried about security.

Perfect Ski Vacation

This wonderful condo was perfect for my adult family for a ski vacation. The place was clean, convenient and roomy for 6 adults. It had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, ample pillows and blankets, to humidifiers. The hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing and was clean, hot and ready and to use. The 2 car garage was nice to park in and get vehicles out of the cold and snow. It is perfectly located just outside of Breckenridge that you get out of the busyness of the heart of town yet close enough to the slopes and restaurants. Communication with the property manager was great. Eivy was so friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous home, great stay!

Two moms and four adult kids had a wonderful 6-night stay at this mountain home. It is beautiful, with soaring beams and ceilings, tasteful decor, great big hot tub, gas fireplaces, comfy beds and linens, lots of spaces to kick back and have a drink or read a book. Quiet neighborhood with a protected wildlife area behind it so no buildings. Saw a Grey Heron that roosts behind the home! A short walk down the road gets you to the Breck Free Ride shuttle service Green Line that comes to the Shores neighborhood at :29 and :59 after the hour and runs from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm. Take it right to the Breck gondola base. Picks up at the base at :45 and :15 for return trips. So convenient!

Great stay, beautiful property

We all enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge and while we didn’t get much fresh powder we did enjoy every day on the mountain. After skiing all day the hot tub and steam room felt great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cookware in the property and it took a full 24 hours to heat the property. It was 63 in the house when we arrived at 7pm and it didn’t get to 70 until after we arrived back from skiing the next day. The cookware needs replaced! Too nice of a property to have that experience. Nevertheless, we enjoyed are stay and would recommend this property

Family Trip to Breckenridge

This house is gorgeous, very clean and the perfect layout for a large family. We had so much space and really enjoyed our time here. The house is located just slightly outside of Breck (maybe 4 miles) and is the perfect distance. We rented a car, but did take the shuttle one day (which picks you up 0.2 miles from the house) and drops you off at the gondola downtown. So convenient. You will NOT be disappointed with this house. We plan to come back and stay at the exact location again in the future.

The river in the back yard was amazing to walk down to everyday . The view was scenic and the location being outside the busy area was perfect. The house was very spacious for 3-4 couples. Accommodations were nice. 2 car Garage was bonus for our motorcycles. You will not be disappointed here!

50th Wedding Anniversary Vacation

We stayed at this beautiful property with my kids and grandkids for a week to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was perfect. It's a comfortable and warm space that allowed for both together time and privacy when apart. The views out the back with the lovely Blue River rushing in the background cannot be beat. Space was clean and checkin was a breeze. Highly recommend!
