Dit charmante 1946 vierkante voet Victoriaanse stijl huis is ideaal gelegen op North Main Street slechts één blok naar de Breck Connect Gondola die u kunt nemen naar Peak 7 of Peak 8, en op loopafstand van de meeste restaurants en winkels in de binnenstad heel Breckenridge. Slechts twee blokken van Downstairs at Eric's en Goederen Kleding, twee lokale favorieten.

Deze charismatische drie niveau huis beschikt over de belangrijkste niveau van hardhouten vloeren, bergachtige Victoriaanse inrichting en een unieke indeling. Geniet van het verbindingsgedeelte in de woonkamer dat uitnodigt tot gesprekken, verhalen en rustige tijd om alles te lezen in het comfort van de gashaard en ruime zitplaatsen op de nieuwe bank en de gezellige fauteuil of de fel verlichte vensterbank.

De unieke keuken kunt u elke maaltijd die u wenst te eten in de bergen voor te bereiden. S ochtends, 's middags of' s nachts, zich terugtrekken in de eettafel die plaats biedt aan 6 personen en genieten van uw maaltijd. Elk van de drie en een halve badkamer in het huis heeft zijn eigen unieke karakter toe te voegen aan het Victoriaanse essentie het huis zelf houdt.

De master bedroom is op de bergen geïnspireerde decor dat volgt met de universele Victoriaanse uitstraling en is uitgerust met een Queen bed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden met een eigen badkamer. De derde slaapkamer heeft een Queen bed dat kan worden beschouwd als meer ranch geïnspireerd maar toch elegant. Ten slotte, het hok pieken met de gewelfde plafonds met een queensize bed en tv completeren het huis om te slapen tot 10 personen.

Misschien wel de mooiste eigenschap van dit huis is het een prachtig uitzicht op de Breckenridge Peaks en Ski Area. Andere voorzieningen van deze accommodatie zijn voorzien van gratis Wi-Fi, meerdere elektronische uitgaansgebieden, een volledige wasmachine en droger en een outdoor barbecue grill. Great ski vacation!

This ski house was perfect for our needs. Lots of room to spread out and beds for everyone. We had wonderful meals and played lots of games and generally enjoyed our time immensely!

Could not have had a better house, this was our first time to Breckinridge and we had the best time! The location was great, you could walk anywhere, restaurants across the street, and trolly stop right beside our front yard! We will be back!

We have little kids so the house was perfect for us as we did barely got in the car the entire trip. It's a stone's throw to the Gondola and right in town/close to parks, restaurants, etc. We are planning on returning to Brittany Place and highly recommend it. Ski Country Resorts is also great to work with and their office is across the street for key pick up/drop off.

Washer and Dryer were indispensable, location being a 3 minute walk from the Gondola and a 2 minute walk to the Rental Property Office, and only 6-7 blocks from the end of main street which was an easy walk for shopping and whatever else you wanted to do in town. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Breckenridge. It was our first time skiing here and we will definitely be back and looking to stay in this property again!

Best EVER CO retreat you can find.

Ok. Not sure how to say this but in a nutshell beat vacay experience renting out a home in 8 years!!! Aside ftom cleaniless and accuracy, the customer service was spot on: timely fixing a toilet clog WE CAUSED, helping with area questions, and support during stay. What I loved were the fans in the home and on the ceilings and overall air flow through windows. My family gets super hot and this was perfect. The little loft was a great play/sleeping area for 7YO. The TVs in every room, entry way for hiking boots, the washer area (super quiet) and location! Hop away from main street, and 3 minute walk to Gondola, great escape to main highways as we went rafting. I think some people complained about not having too many amenities for cooking in the morning. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook you just need to bring your own food supplies. For the past 8 years when going to homes, their supplies in the house like coffee or ketchup or other items goes stale sometimes. This was not hard at all to deal with. There were so many pillows, blankets, games, books, and other resources like soap and shampoo. Overall 10 stars out of 5!!!

The location is ideal: within steps of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, biking, churches, the rec center, the library, music and theater, and most importantly the gondola. Brittany sits back from Main Street behind a garden of flowers and grass - perfect for croquet and parade watching. (We were here over the fourth of July.) And my husband asked me to add ("most importantly it is across the street from Daylight Donuts!")

The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere! The only issue we had was the dishwasher was broken. There was standing water in it. The internal parts had been removed and it was closed. We discovered it when we were planning on running it. We called Ski Country and it was repaired in two days. I’m thankful it was repaired but communication on a timeline would’ve been appreciated. Other than that, everything was great and we would stay here again.

Charming older home. The foyer was great for getting equipment on / off. Nice gas fireplace. Some minor suggestions for improvement:- each bedroom should have a chair for taking on / off shoes, etc.- some drawers had knobs falling off - Better wording on the description to state "lower level" means basement. We had a mobility disabled member of our part. I called, and asked about this place because it had a bedroom on the "lower level". As described, I thought it was on the 1st floor. When I talked to the rental agent, they kept saying it was on the "lower level", and I said "on the ground floor" or "on the first floor", and never got corrected. We made it work, but the wording used can easily be misunderstood. (Ad says it has "three levels". I thought "1st floor", "2nd floor", and "loft". Apparently, they meant "basement", "1st floor', and "2nd floor". Should have said "three levels plus a loft".

Wooden floors in kitchen are water damaged.Management company should add trash policy and code to the check-in guidelines.

Family skiing vacation

Great property for our 3 generation family. 2 blocks from the gondola. Plenty of beds and even had use of air mattresses. Front entryway was handy as a drop zone for equipment. Use of 2 small sleds was appreciated! Several thermostats also very helpful! Hauling gear from parking spot to house was quick and easy. Water pressure was good and hot water for 6 adults to all shower daily. Cons which are small are not enough silverware and dishesfor the day, vacuum didn’t work, tight seating in front room. The house was very charming and fit our family well! Pictures are spot on!

Amazing

We have stayed in a number of places in Breckenridge, but this one, by far, has been our favorite. It's all about the location. Waking up to the fresh fallen snow, with the view from our room was more than we could've asked for. The kids loved it too. This property is well maintained, and has everything you could possibly need. I will say it was very warm in the house, even after turning the heat all the way down. I also have to agree with another comment regarding pillows, or at least my husband agrees. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!!!

Excellent location

Can't say enough how great the location is for this house and the Brittany Place HOA. We hardly used our car all week. House is very clean even though furniture is dated. The bedding and pillows definitely need updating. Bring your own pillow, if you can. We have young kids and they could not use the loft; the ladder up to it is steep and there is a sharp banister close to it they could it hit if they fell.
