Beautiful Cabin and Views
This property was perfect for our two families of 4. We all had plenty of space. Perfect with two living areas - one for kids and one for adults. The location is perfect for skiing multiple ski resorts in the area. The furniture was comfortable as well. Game room, sleds for outside play & a wood burning stove! I would book this location again.

Cousins trip
We always search for vacation spots to sleep 4 teens and 5 adults comfortably, and this house was perfect! The decks are lovely for morning coffee and evening wine. The boys loved the hot tub and pool table. And everyone fit around the kitchen and dining area. A great getaway. Would definitely return! Thank you!

We traveled with two of our teenagers and four of their friends. This property was perfect for a large group. The boys had lots of fun and enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. Perfect location between Frisco and Breckenridge.

Perfect getaway. Very clean. Beautifully updated. Breathtaking views. Clean linens. Well-stocked kitchen. Fantastic kitchen and laundry appliances. Gorgeous 2 acres of scenery. Awesome loacation. Great Location

My 2 buddies and I took our sons to Breckenridge and stayed here. The house was awesome. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. The boys really enjoyed the game room (pool table, pin ball, etc). Super convenient to Frisco and Breckenridge. Definitely worth checking out.

Everything was as described, and we have a wonderful stay in Breckenridge. Able to ski multiple locations within a reasonable distance. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.

Great summer house for family of 10
Just wonderful location … close to Breck and to Frisco, both of which have lots to offer. Great hikes nearby including the Blue Lakes and Sapphire Point Overlook with tons of chipmunks. Kids had fun at the Breck and Copper Mountain resorts, 1 teen and 1 adult went on the 14 mile bike ride from Vail to Frisco. All of us went 2 hours to the Royal Gorge and then went rafting. The beds and fun amenities at the house were enjoyed by all. Saw beautiful rainbows and a great sunset. Highest recommendation for this house and owner.

Great home for large family/group
The property is “as advertised” on its pictures. Some homes are oversold on the images, but this one is well represented. It’s a spacious home that is in a great location between both Frisco and Breckenridge. It’s easy to get to the house and to both towns, with plenty to do. Our family of seven had more room than needed, we prepared most of our meals in the kitchen without any problems, and the kids loved the claw machine/pinball/hot tub. The owners communicated well and were very pleasant. We would definitely stay again. If you have a large family or group, this is a great house to rent.

Breck’s Stay
Absolutely loved the experience, would book again! The hosts were very accommodating, we arrived a little early to Breck due to the weather conditions. The place is astonishing with balcony views to capture the amazing view. (It snowed the days we stayed, which was awesome!) Perfect 3 story house with a warm fireplace to keep you cozy during the cold weather. Overall lovely property and kid’s playground was a plus since we had little ones on this trip. We did see wildlife animals, it was an experience to remember!

Close but not too close to the slopes. Plenty of space to spend out. Home stays warm and cozy. Tips: Drive way need ice melt, it is steep and gets slick. There's 1 TV, bring tablet for extra screens. Roku remote can be downloaded loaded onto your phone easily. The home is beautiful, money coffee on the 3rd deck is amazingly.

A lovely home for a family celebration
Perfect layout for 3 couples and a 6 year-old. The kitchen, hot tub, and decks were great. The 6 year-old enjoyed and a few adults enjoyed pinball and the crane machine. It was a great space to just hang out and enjoy some family time.

Very Nice Cabin
We had a great stay at this cabin. There is plenty of room, the views are great and the location is quiet and close to many trails. There’s a good amount of natural light in the house. Be sure to visit the town of Frisco (Main street) for some restaurants and gelato. We loved star gazing from the large patio as well.

Magical Experience
Our family of five absolutely loved everything about this cabin. Our boys played everyday in the game room. There was plenty of space in our kids rooms to sleep comfortably. The kitchen and master bedroom were roomy and all beds comfortable. The best thing was the incredible daily views from the third floor that we could NOT get enough of. The home owners were very easy to communicate with, and they graciously accommodated our wishes to have our wedding there with our children/step-children. The location is very convenient to Breckenridge and Frisco for shopping and activities. Our experience was absolutely magical and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning in future years!

Exceptional log cabin with fine craftsmanship and modern convenience. The Mountain View’s are breathtaking from all decks and hot tub. Great location for skiing (8 min to peak 9 parking). Owners are available and easy to work with.

Our family of 8 ranging in ages from toddler to teenagers, young adults and grandparents had plenty of room and plenty to do. The property was beautiful, the house clean and it was located close to the resorts and town. Other then a few small kitchen items like maybe a blender or crockpot the house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would 100% stay at Sunsets at Breckinridge again!!

Beautiful log cabin with views for miles!
Our family had a great time at this beautiful log cabin home over New Years! It is very close to Breckenridge where we spent our days skiing with great weather every day. Our nights were spent cooking, relaxing in the hot tub and playing pool. There are gorgeous views from every window in the house. You feel like you are in your own little retreat because it is so far from neighbors. We saw three moose very close to the house which was exciting for the kids! A couple of nights we had a full moon and the reflection off the snow lit the entire house without any lights...truly magical! It is a beautiful home in an awesome location. What a wonderful way to bring in the new year!

Exceeded Expectations
My family and I had an awesome time while staying at this cabin. Upon arrival the property and cabin were spotless and very well equipped to accommodate the 10 of us. The views of the mountains are breathtaking! We saw a large deer, 2 foxes, and a Momma Moose with her baby! The property owner is VERY responsive and responds within minutes. The kids found hills on the property to use the sleds on and had a blast. I’d highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a nice secluded and quiet place to stay in Breckenridge. We plan to stay here again next time we vacation..

This was a great property on 2 acres that made it feels as if you had no neighbors. The balconies were great in the morning and evenings that kept you out of the house. Outside of a few kitchen items and a minor hiccup with the dryer, this is a great property to host your family at. A great location just south of Breckenridge, and close to many activities!

Great Place!
Really enjoyed our stay! Everything was functional and working, house was clean and tidy, and had room for everyone in our group. The owners were always available for questions and concerns, and were very receptive. Great location, less than 10 minutes from Breckenridge, 20 minutes from Keystone, and 40 from Vail. The house had a bunch of amenities that made the stay very enjoyable. Definitely consider staying here if you have a big group and want to hit some of the best ski resorts in Colorado!

Amazing location
My friends and I stayed here while on A ski trip. We went to Vail, Copper and Keystone and the drive was very easy and convenient to all locations (granted this was on W/Th/Fri). Very close to town but while you’re there it feels like your miles away- the views are as advertised, really stunning. Check in/check out was extremely easy, the property owners were adequately prepared ahead of time and provided me with the information I needed before I even had to ask. Great stay!

The cabin is just as described. It is located in a prime location, minutes away from literally everything you could want to do. The cabin was clean and there were no problems encountered. My only wish is that we could have stayed even longer. Highly recommend Sunsets in Breckenridge.

What a perfect home for a relaxing family getaway! The home was in a great location for us, we wanted to be a little secluded but within minutes of entertainment. We LOVED the views and every morning we woke up to find tons of animal tracks in the snow, my kids love it! This is definitely on our list of favorite vacations.

Awesome place! Even more awesome if you have kids.
We absolutely loved this place. We stayed at the house with my parents and my four young children (9 and under). The kids loved exploring outdoors, playing on the playground and learning how to shoot pool with their Grandpa. The pinball machine was fun and helped keep everyone else occupied during the pool game. The views here are unbelievable. You have a great view of both the sunrise and sunset. All in all, our family loved it and will definitely consider it our top choice for our next trip.

Wow Vacation at 'Sunsets in Breckenridge'
The log style of this home with mountain views, close to hiking trails, made for a perfect family vacation. The bonus, which I'm is not a regular occurrence, was that we saw a moose 3 times from the house, always within 40 feet. The first time, a big bull was grazing on leaves in the front yard while we watched from deck. -The house was wonderful, we enjoyed sunsets on the 3rd floor deck facing the Ten Mile Range.
