Twee voorbeelden; 1) Receptie geeft aan dat er geen omkleed gelegenheid is bij het zwembad tussen de bergen. maar was er wel. 2) Rekening van het diner bij het uitchecken niet bekend bij de receptie, daar zelf aangegeven wat we gebruikt hadden. 'The property itself is so elegant and stylish with unimpeded views across to the mountains. The deck, pool and gardens are peaceful and full of beautiful sculptures. Our room, Room 4 was spacious, light and airy with a secluded private deck. A gorgeous place to stay within an easy walk to town with all its historic homes. But best of all were the delightful hosts, such warmth and so friendly and genuinely wanting to help in anyway and ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Great breakfast.'
