The apartment building is located directly behind the dune on Rügen’s most beautiful sandy beach, the 11-kilometer-long Schaabe. The building has an elevator and a basement for bicycles.
On the first floor is the bright, sun-drenched “Romantica” apartment with a balcony facing the sea.

The apartment has a living area of 55 square meters and is available for rent year-round. This cozy, non-smoking apartment, decorated in a Mediterranean style, accommodates 4 people in two rooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living-dining room with a sleeper sofa. Integrated into the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
Your vacation apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished and features, among other things, a large south-facing balcony overlooking the sea and underfloor heating. The living area offers you complete comfort with a pull-out leather couch, a Sony Full HD TV with Dolby Surround system, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a small in-house library, and a selection of board games.
Cooking enthusiasts will also find everything they need in the fully equipped kitchen. The high-quality, bright bathroom features a rain shower.
