The Space:

This apartment is located on the top floor of a magnificent historic building and combines heritage charm with modern amenities.



The highlight is the unique round tower bay window in the dining area — from here you have a panoramic view of the Bremerhaven harbor. Characteristic sloped ceilings and high ceilings give the apartment its unique character.



Sleeping: A comfortable double bed in the bedroom plus two single beds in the second bedroom — ideal for families, couples or small groups.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The bathroom features a bathtub and a washing machine.



Guest Access:

Access is via a key safe at the building entrance (Bürgermeister-Smidt-Straße 229, directly to the right of the mailboxes). You will receive the access code after completing the online check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is centrally located in Bremerhaven with short distances to industrial and port areas as well as shops. The Elbestraße bus stop (Line 502) connects you directly to the main train station. The famous Havenwelten district with the Klimahaus, German Emigration Centre and Zoo am Meer is easily reachable.



Getting Around:

Elbestraße bus stop (Line 502) just a few minutes walk — direct connection to Bremerhaven main station. Free street parking directly in front of the building.
