Geweldig voor groepen! Wil je op een steenworp afstand blijven van livemuziek, restaurants, leuke winkels en al het andere dat het centrum van Brenham te bieden heeft? 12 Armadillos op Main St is de perfecte locatie om het centrum van Brenham en de omliggende gebieden te verkennen. Na winkelen bij Round Top kan uw groep hier terugkeren en ofwel eten in een geweldig Mexicaans restaurant op slechts vier huizen verderop in de straat of een paar stappen ondernemen om te genieten van een maaltijd in het centrum. Dit huis is een juweeltje en perfect voor alle leeftijden!

Het huis heeft alle items die uw huis zou hebben, maar extra leuke details die dit vakantiehuis perfect maken voor uw verblijf! De slaapkamers zijn allemaal vernoemd en ingericht op basis van Blue Bell-ijsaroma's. De pooltafel staat open voor de woonkamer, zodat uw groep allemaal samen kan zijn in beide ruimtes. Degenen die in de woonkamer zitten, kunnen plezier beleven aan het spelen van de muurkrabber of de grote muur-tik-tack-toe. De eettafel biedt plaats aan tien dus het is perfect voor een etentje! Er is een krijtbord achter de eettafel om leuke berichten op te schrijven. De keuken heeft een ijsblokjesmachine, drie wastafels, een koffiebar met een traditioneel koffiezetapparaat of een Keurig, en alle belangrijke apparaten. Er is een wasmachine en droger voor alle wasbehoeften. De buitenruimtes zijn geweldig om rond te hangen, grillen op de barbecue, zitten bij de vuurplaats, of gewoon genieten van de prachtige bomen. Uw kinderen zullen dol zijn op het grote speelhuis!

Excellent stay to shop Round Top Antique Week!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 8 adults and 5 kids and these two spaces gave us plenty of room to lounge, visit, and eat together! Houses were so nice! (Loved the rooms named after blue bell flavors!) The location was perfect and very close to restaurants. We coordinated to have Tara Steele (All Things Acres) as recommended by the hosts and my son loved his baking class with her! He got to make 2 pies with an expert and to him (5 year old) she was a REAL chef and her dinner was delicious! We greatly appreciated her time with us! We stayed here for our first time to go experience the Round Top Antique Week and we are already looking forward to next year! Great place and since the beginning, our host was very quick and very helpful to our guests! Overall, we will be back and recommend the 12 Armadillos! Thanks so much Christa! God bless!

Amazing Time

We rented this property for the weekend for us and our extended family for a wedding near by. The owners went out of their way to accomodate us for an early check in and a late check out, which was very much appreciated with the stress we were under. Highly recommend this property and the owners for an exceptional experience.

This was one of our absolutely favorite places we’ve rented. We all met there for our parents 50th anniversary. The teens and young adults stayed in the little house. We all hung out in the big house. Spacious, well stocked, great place!

Wedding Weekend

We booked 12 Armadillos for our sons wedding at a nearby venue. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kiddos enjoyed the dress up crate and pac-man game. Lovely stay :)

Ladies Round Top Trip

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! It was perfectly laid out for our group with plenty of parking for everyone. We were able to walk to the restaurants there in Brenham and had just a short 25 minute drive into round top! Would definitely stay again!

This place is great!

If you have a large group coming to Brenham this is the only place to stay! We were in town for a family wedding and had 3 families sharing this place. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and beautifully furnished. The location is icing on the cake as it is just a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Best in Brenham

We love this place it has 2 houses on it a small and bigger one. We came to Brenham for a softball tournament and had 3 families with us. We were able to put all parents in big house and let the young adults stay in smaller house. We were all able to meet on back patio between houses and hang out. Also we checked out and went to our tournament schedule Sunday morning and made winners bracket then we had a 3 hour break and ask host if we could come back and hang in the AC for a while and they had no problem with it best host ever

Perfect Family Lodging for the Wedding Weekend

Christa was an amazing host! The 12 Armadillos Barndo was the perfect place for our family to gather for the weekend as we celebrated my daughter's wedding in Brenham. The house had every ammentiy we needed plus some! My family agreed that we wished we had more time to enjoy it but the busy wedding weekend kept us away from the house more than we were there. We also rented the two houses on Main/W. Alamo from Christa for the bride and groom's wedding parties to stay. It was a perfect spot for them to have separation but still be connected for certain activities. We will be planning another family get-away to Brenham and will definitely use 12 Armadillos again!

Perfect for a group stay at Brenham

Great property and great host! The houses were well appointed and the layout works great for a large group. The VRBO listing format and the fact that this is two houses kind of obscure the fact that there are six bedrooms and five full baths. You are literally a few hundred yards from being in downtown Brenham. So easy walking to lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee houses.

1973 Ladies annual trip
