'I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Tuscaloosa with my family during graduation weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we got to the room, we were uncomfortable. There was a noticeable smell, and the condition of the bathroom was concerning, especially seeing what appeared to be mold. 'Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc . Water in the pool was cold , not heated , so it took some prayers to get in the water ( I swim evwry day and choose hotels with pools) . There was nice size TV in the room and my room, on...

'The room had the worst smell. I don’t know if it was old cigarette smoke. Me and my son had a headache within five minutes. I didn’t sleep at all that night. I left very early the next morning and just lost my money on the room for the next night. But there was no way I could tolerate that smell again.'
