SOLARIA Apartment

The SOLARIA Apartment is located in a historic building situated in a historic district of Brescia, at the foot of the prestigious Ronchi Hills.
The building has a vintage style, with very thick walls and floors made of durable marmorine tiles. Heating and hot water are provided by an independent gas boiler. Windows, shutters, and glass doors are made of antique wood.

At the entrance, there is a hallway leading to the rooms: straight ahead is the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural light, a table, and a sofa bed with a matching closet; further along is the bathroom with decorated stucco walls, and a spacious master bedroom with a wooden closet and a small desk.

The included final cleaning consists only of sanitization; tidying up and other services are excluded but can be arranged upon request. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and subject to availability. Soap and detergents are not provided. Utility costs are charged separately for extended stays: please inquire in advance. Apartment for tourists only. A valid ID is required for every guest, including minors. The presence of guests is reported to: Brescia Police Headquarters.
