ROSE Vacances offers you a pleasant family home located in Brétignolles-sur-Mer, in the immediate vicinity of the ocean (you will be able to hear the sound of the waves 🌊), in a quiet residential area. Ideally situated at the crossroads of cycle paths, between beaches, forests and marshes.



Single-storey house that can accommodate up to 6 people:

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
