Downtown Brevard - 3 king suites, mountain bike ready, walk!

Nestled in downtown Brevard, our home is a short walk to area shops and restaurants in town, and a short drive to hiking/biking trails, fly fishing, and local breweries. All three bedrooms are their own individual master suite: each has its own king bed and attached, private bathroom.

The space
Our 3 bed, 3.5 bath house is easy to call home: with 3 true king master suites, supremely comfortable memory foam mattresses, covered outdoor dining, a firepit, and a fully stocked kitchen. Mountain biking?! You'll find a basic set of tools, repair stand, and wall storage for your bikes in the garage. All of this just a short stroll from downtown - you'll never want to leave!


||| Bedrooms |||
A good night's sleep shouldn't be something you worry about or miss on vacation. Perfect for couples or families, you'll find three bedrooms - all with king beds, and an attached bathroom. The two downstairs suites also have oversized soaking tubs after those long hikes or mountain bike rides.

Bringing a few extra guests? Use the queen trifold memory foam mattress stored in the upstairs bedroom.

Bringing a kiddo too small for a bed? We got you! There's a pack and play in the master bedroom closet. Every room has extra pillows, sheets, and blankets in the closets.

||| Bathrooms |||
There are 3.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a full bath en suite - no sharing bathrooms here :) The half bath is just off the kitchen. All bathrooms will have hand soap, and the full baths will have a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and washcloths are also provided. Removing makeup? Please use the towels marked for that :)

||| Kitchen |||
Don't worry about dragging your own kitchen with you on vacation - this one is fully equipped. Cook your five star dinners on the gas range, and bake your grandma's famous muffins in the morning! There are multiple ways to stay caffeinated: a french press, as well as a coffee maker are available. Whole coffee beans are also provided, and there is an electric coffee grinder for the freshest of brews. The fridge does have an ice maker for those frozen margs in the summer. You'll find a blender to help with those, too. Slow-cooking a pot of chili for post-hiking dinner? There's a Crockpot for that. Need to store the leftovers? A nice stack of "Tupperware" is at your disposal. You'll also have aluminum foil, ziplocs, and some plastic wrap. Salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, and a variety of spices are also stocked. We tried to think of everything, so if we missed a necessity, feel free to let us know :)

There's an oversized one car garage, and roughly four spaces outside in the driveway. The garage door is wide enough for practically any vehicle made; you may want to check the height before driving in if you're in a taller vehicle, though. There is ample storage space for bikes, and any other outdoor gear you bring with you.

A washer and dryer are available for your use.

III Pets III
We do allow dogs. If you are bringing a dog (2 maximum per stay), please let us know prior to booking. There is a $150 nonrefundable pet fee if you bring your furry best friend.

Pet rules are pretty basic. If they have an accident, clean it up. Don't let your dog on our furniture. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him. If you didn't bring a crate, we have one in the garage you're welcome to use. If you do leave your dog unattended and he disturbs the neighbors, we'll warn you one time; after that, you'll be asked to leave. Lastly, please do not let your dog pee/poop in the back yard - we'd like everyone to be able to enjoy the space out back without having to avoid land mines :)

Your safety is important to us. A Blink doorbell camera is installed at the front door, and we have cameras/floodlights around the perimeter of the house.

You'll have access to the entire home. Enjoy!
Other things to note
WIFI is free and the network and password will be provided post-booking, and is displayed in the home. If there are issues connecting, please contact us and we'll do some troubleshooting.

Tuesday is trash day. If you are staying with us on a Tuesday morning, we just ask that you take the can from the side of the house to the road before 7:00 am. (Monday night is totally fine). Later that day, we ask that you return the can to the side of the house.
