Located in Sheep’s Pond Estates, this newer home has an open floor plan of 2,300 sq ft., 4 bedrooms, 2, baths and an outdoor shower. Family friendly, High Speed Internet, A/C, and Linens Included.

Sheep’s Pond is one of the cleanest ponds on the Cape. Rental comes with association guest sticker to a private pond beach just a short walk from the home.

The kitchen has Granite Counters, and there's a separate Dining Room as well as a Breakfast Bar with stools. Kitchen has full set up of cooking utensils and pots and pans as well as spices. Auto drip AND Keurig coffee makers. Hardwood Floors throughout. Large Master Bedroom with King size bed, 2 twin beds, plus a full size crib for flexibility, TV in master. Queen bedroom down stairs also has a TV.

Nearby attractions are Bay Beaches, Captain’s Golf Course, Bike Path, Whitecaps Baseball, Main street shops, and restaurants, also close to Orleans, Harwich and Chatham. National Seashore and Nauset Beach, Chatham lighthouse.

Shaded front farmers porch with chairs. The back deck has more seating overlooking a private back yard with lots of grassy area for kids to play games. 2 Hammocks and large picnic table. Oversized Cape Cod shower, A large stainless steel gas grill for BBQ as well as a wood fire pit for grilling your favorite steaks and evening smores with the family. The home features three other rooms with: 2 queen rooms. One queen up and one down. One room with 2 twins and play space with bean bag chairs! Home has 2 full baths with marble floors. Air conditioning in all bedrooms, washer/dryer, and linens (sheets, bath towels, Beach towels, pillows and blankets) included. DVD, Four beach chairs and beach toys to use during your stay.

No smoking. No Pets. Homeowner will provide the following so you do not have to pack it. Bathroom towels, beach towels and face cloths, and enough paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, coffee filters and some other basics to get you started.
We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your vacation.

This is not a party house. Owners live in neighborhood.

Spring and Fall rates are based on smaller groups. Please ask if you are just a party of 2 or 4 on the off season.
