'Clean and spacious room. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location. But wifi is spotty in the room.'

'Staff is friendly, place is roomy. View is good. Only thing is the place is tight to drive.'

'We didn't expect that the toiletries will just be in sachet forms. For the price of the hotel at least they should be in little containers.'

'Great place. The location is relatively quiet and not as busy as other parts of the city but still within walking distance of excitement and the Jeepney hubs.'

'Far from downtown '

'The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. '

'Needs music in lobby and dining areas'

'Staff are all excellent '

'This is a place for pay sex, no hot water and the room temperature is so cold at night with paper thin blanket. They will bring you a condom and a dick pill to your room.'

'In itself a fine hotel but it is a bit outdated. The room is spacious and equipped with the basic things. Breakfast was unfortunately not a success. There were few options and you have to wait a long time before you have a place to sit. '

'Although hotel is old, it is Conveniently located , have friendly staff and helpful. Shops and stores and church nearby. Central location and transportation closeby.'

'Rooms dirty! Especially the bathroom…amenities need update, and no towel and landline phone…stuff are not friendly..no parking lot….'

'The location of the hotel was not ideal. It is hidden in the back of the property and a multi-level car parking area is under construction. It is not ideal for walking around the city because of its remote location.'

No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee.'

'Not close to the main area of Burnham Park. It is a couple minutes walk to very south edge but about 20 min walk to the Lake. Clean room, good service and very good breakfast.'

'Staff are friendly and helpful. 10 minutes away from downtown If you want a quiet place to stay I recommend this.'

'Dirty place . No water nothing is there. We did not stay and transferred to another place. Place is unsanitary. Need you to refund our payment.'

'When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. There was also no microwave as...
