'The rooms were okay. The A/C did not keep the room cold. It was not hot either. Just not comfortable. The thermostat for the A/C was covered in something sticky. We were there 3 days. The 2nd evening when we returned room service did not visit the room so we had to go ask for clean towels and to have the trash dumped. But outside of that it was okay.'

'We arrived late to the hotel to check in and was assigned a room. The gentleman that checked usbin wrote down the wrong room number. We went to the room number written on the card folder to find that our key card did not work and someone was already checked in to that room. Thankfully that person did not answer the door before we gave up and returned to the front desk. He gave us the wrong room number. Perhaps if the gentleman at the front desk was not fidgeting constantly he could have ficused...
