'Very lovely couple running the Town House! Was greeted by a lovely Lily at the door (their dog)! Would recommend calling them just before you get there as it can be difficult to find a parking space on the road Breakfast was lovely, nice selection of cereals and toast'

There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. 'The Old Bakehouse was a lovely homely place to stay, and the village of Colyton is in a pretty and convenient location to visit several attractions in the area, go to the beach, cycle or hike. Fiona and Steve were excellent, very helpful, and hospitable hosts. 'What a beautiful hotel. I stayed in a superior double which was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and excellent tea and coffee, biscuits and water. The owners were very friendly and made me feel most welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. You would never go hungry. The air conditioning was a real bonus, although unfortunately it did drip a little water on the floor. My only other niggles...
