☆ IMPORTANT TO KNOW ☆

✔ Swimming, boating, use of the dock, waterfront, gas grill, firepit, yard games, and pellet stove are at the guest's own risk.

✔ Water levels on Lake Champlain fluctuate significantly from season to season. By the end of summer, the water near the shore is shallow and not ideal for swimming, but
always great for fishing, floating, and boating!

✔ The lake bottom is rocky; water shoes are strongly recommended.

✔ Lifejackets are provided and are required for all guests using the boats.

✔ The property includes sloped terrain and waterfront access. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

✔ There are steps between the driveway and the front door.

✔ For guest and property security, a Ring doorbell camera records motion at the front door. There are no other cameras on the property.

✔ Septic-friendly home: please flush toilet paper only.

✔ Drive slowly on Way Lane (under 5 MPH).
