KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The dining area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests as well a designated work space for one.

LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with two arm chairs and the double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

- Bedroom 1, twin beds, set up as a double but can made into singles on request, sleeps 2
- Bedroom 2, bunk bed, sleeps 2

* There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
* Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
