'Clean and cute. Perfect quiet location and price. Awesome owner in house next door. Very short easy stroll to the beach. Hassle free check in and out. Very dog friendly! The owner allowed us to adopt another puppy while we were there, putting us over the limit. They also let us use their laundry because we were staying 2 weeks 😀😀😀'

'Great security, security guards very friendly, enclosed yard for dog, clean, great ice cold air conditioning. Showers outside to wash off. Cooked on the barbecue grill. Enjoyed watching baseball on great reception television. Privacy. Very close to town and beach. Everything was in the Casita that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of towels. Easy to find and instructions for the house. Stayed five days. Much better than the resorts.'

'Tom's place was nice. The rooftop is a neat feature for the expansive view and quiet. Of course it was a bit windy so we didn't spend a ton of time up there. The "pool" is about the size of a hottub for reference. We ended up not using it as the bay was in high tide and we spent a lot of time in the bay.'

'This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!'

'The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks.'

'Just a few minutes to walk to the beach! Stunning views! The upstairs toilet did not flush, the downstairs shower did not work, and the stove only had 2 working burners. Minor maintenance would make things perfect. Other than that, we had a lovely time!'
