'Location very good, shower very good, wifi very good, breakfast very good. Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. 'Firstly, the staff were just lovely. Their offer for assistance and quickness to respond were amazing. The location of the hotel was within a small block of what I worked describe as alley ways. We were picked up at 4AM for a Taj Tour, and there were people asleep in the alley ways within a short distance from the hotel and unavoidably required to walk past. While there was no issues at all, this was not a situation where I felt 100% comfortable and I would absolutely not let my wife or...

'Lovely personnel, very easy going and relaxed. Hotel was situated in a very busy street which we didn’t know as it was our first time in Delhi. But hotel felt safe and really was a way to relax in the very hectic street life. Rooftop was a very pleasant and welcome relaxing place to wind down. There was quite some noise outside and within the hotel that you could hear from the room. Luckily we are not very light sleepers so it didn’t bother us too much. Overall great value for money. '
