'This place suited my needs perfectly, it had ample parking and was within a 5 minute walk of the harbour. The owner was lovely and the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I also liked that there were sitting rooms downstairs, a large garden and summer house for guests to use. I will definitely be going back. '

'Lovely house. Lots of essentials you may need in the kitchen, lounge area. Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob very large TV, ample seating, all crockery, cutlery and utensils. Even games and toys for rainy days, along with a few essentials in the cupboards. The beautiful view from all principle rooms is to die for! Beds and beddings all very good. Bathrooms (lower floor and 1st floor with additional toilet on the 2nd flood) were clean and functional, the showers are amazing....

'We felt like we were staying in a fairytale home. Our 3 granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed playing with their fairies indoors & out. A little challenging for the grandparents but very worth the experience.'

'Property is excellent. Everything you could possibly need. Very clean and comfortable. Parking can be a problem as we took 2 cars down. There is space at back of house for one car but its a tight squeeze. Very lucky if you get a parking space at front of house. Brixham on your doorstep. Easy to get to other places like Torquay and Paignton. Bus station at the bottom end of Brixham. Or hop on a boat! '
