'This hotel is convenient when flying out of Hartford. Checkin was quick and friendly. The Food and Cosmo's were outstanding in the Cloud 9 lounge. The evening bartender/server is exceptional ! I give her a 5 star rating! I've stayed here numerous times and she never disappoints! She recommended delicious small plates and made fantastic cosmo's!

'Check in was quick and easy , facility was clean. Room was clean and everything in working order. stayed here cause my daughter had a tournament. Many dining options available which was great. they had breakfast in the morning and it was good, no complaints there. for my first time in CT everyone was very welcoming !'

'I found the hotel, very clean and spacious. The price was reasonable, and the bedding was excellent. MyI only complaint would’ve been that the friendly staff member when we checked in told us that we would receive a complimentary muffin and fruit and coffee in the morning since we had to leave early to catch our plane. The staff member in the morning was not overly friendly and there was only fruit available and coffee. I would stay at this facility again.'
