NOTE FOR PERIOD OF NOV 15TH TO MARCH 1ST !!! - Please be aware that the final stretch of the road leading to the cabin, specifically the concrete driveway which spans about 100 feet, has an incline of approximately 19%. During harsh winter weather, including rain and snow, this driveway can freeze, making access to the cabin extremely difficult/almost impossible until the ice and snow are cleared. Therefore, from November 15 to March 1, if you make a reservation during this period, we will keep you informed and do our utmost to assist you in finding an alternative or rescheduling your stay. For instance, there was an instance last year when access was hindered for just two days ONLY .
IMPORTANT - Once you finalize your reservation for, any of those dates in between, we will provide you with an insurance option that we highly recommend. This will ensure that you receive a full refund, even if any changes occur just days before your arrival.

• Stella Vista cabin was designed to evoke the luxurious ambiance of an upscale Aspen ski lodge at the foothills of the Kiamichi Mountains surrounded by the Ouachita National
Forest.
• The living room • centerpiece is a majestic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, surrounded by ample seating to enjoy the mesmerizing mountain vistas. The luxury
furnishings are as comfortable as they are beautiful. The sofa folds out to a queen-sized sleeper with a foam Tempurpedic mattress. Are you a stargazer? Be sure to bring your
telescope and camera. On a clear night, you're sure to get some amazing views of our galaxy!
• The kitchen • area is a chef's dream, featuring a huge quartz kitchen island, fully equipped with modern appliances, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The kitchen
island accommodates five more guests. Imagine cooking meals with your friends and family around the large kitchen area, enjoying the beautiful views and scenery. Oh, the
memories you'll make!
• Primary bedroom 1 • Is located to the right of the kitchen . This bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed, luxurious linens, a chest of drawers, side tables, and a 55"
TV. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door that goes out to the deck and gives you amazing views right from bed! This bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom complete
with a shower and bathtub, as well as a large closet.
• Bedroom 2 • can be found on the opposite end of the house. The second primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed, luxurious linens, side tables, a
chest of drawers, and a 55" TV. This bedroom has a large closet and an expansive window that gives you amazing views right from bed! This bedroom has a large ensuite
bathroom complete with a shower and double vanity.
• Bedroom 3 • has 2 built-in queen beds with luxurious linens and a 55" TV, as well as a sofa that folds out into a full-sized sleeper. This room is a great place for kids,
young and old, to hang out and play video games or board games. This room also has a retro Arcade game, Nintendo Switch and Wii, as well as HDMI chord-free if the kids (or
adults!) in your group want to bring their own gaming systems and connect. The beds are large and comfortable for adults to use this room as well!
• A full-size washer and dryer will allow you to do your laundry while at the cabin so you don't have to overpack to enjoy your stay!
• Expansive deck • where you'll find a seating area in front of a fireplace where you can sit and watch your favorite team on the big-screen TV. Four large club chairs invite you to savor your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunrise or sunset over the mountains. The large outdoor table comfortably seats 8-10 guests and a convenient propane grill for delightful cookouts( propane provided). No need to worry about picking up a propane tank as the grill is connected directly to our propane tank!
For moments of relaxation and rejuvenation, a covered hot tub awaits you, allowing you to soak in the scenic beauty regardless of the weather. On the far side of the cabin, you'll discover a charming fire pit area, perfect for gathering around, roasting s'mores, and creating cherished memories with your loved ones.
◆ Oh my-Those Amazing Views!!! ◆
Perched high on a cliff, the cabin boasts the best view in all of Broken Bow, offering a picturesque setting with stunning sunsets, clear skies, and the occasional rainstorm to be admired from your mountain retreat. The abundance of floor-to-ceiling windows ensures that the breathtaking views are never far away, whether you're indoors or outdoors. We ensured that every room in the house has a view.
♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.
♦︎ Gym - The public gym is located in Hochatown, located 15 minutes drive from the cabin. Open Every Day from 6 am to late. (daily pass available)
♦︎ Lake, river, water body - The cabin sits just 15-20 minutes north of Hochatown, serving as the main gateway to the Beavers Bend area and the lake. Whether you're
bringing your own boat or looking to rent one from the marina, you'll have plenty of options to enjoy the water.
★Please note that the driveway is steep; however, it is easily accessible for any standard car. We advise against driving a trailer uphill to the cabin's main parking. The cabin parking area accommodates approximately 3-4 cars comfortably. We do have extra parking space at the bottom of the hill if you come with a trailer; just be aware it's a hike about 100ft up the 25 degrees driveway.★
◆ Property's House and Security Rules ◆
Maximum Occupancy: 10, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. (We will allow 2 small children in addition to the 10 max to sleep on the convertible sofa in the bunkroom.)
You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.
✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.
For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:
No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!
Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.
Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.
Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.
Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
