'This was the nicest hotel that we could find near Broken Bow, OK. However, it was in the worst condition of any hotel that I have stayed at. It was livable, but not pleasant. The bed was good, the breakfast was adequate, but not the best. The outdoor pool area looked nice. But there was a lack of upkeep to the general hotel. Baseboards missing upstairs, walls were dirty, entryway looked unkept. It kind of felt like an abandoned hotel in many ways. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful...

'Yes . The manager was very nice and helpful . The breakfast was ok . I did like area . It was a peaceful stay . And great staff . I will highly recommend this location.'
