With 3 inviting bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, and 3.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The spacious open-concept kitchen, complete with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and a large island, is perfect for shared meals and conversation. Just beyond, the cozy living area offers plenty of seating, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring the great outdoors.

Step outside, and you'll find a private oasis built for fun and relaxation. The expansive covered deck features a fireplace, a hot tub, an outdoor TV, and plenty of seating for soaking in the fresh mountain air. Fire up the grill for a delicious cookout, challenge friends and family to a game of cornhole or horseshoes, or enjoy a friendly match at the covered ping pong porch. The highlight of the outdoor space is undoubtedly the private heated pool, perfect for swimming no matter the season. -Pool heat must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to your stay. The pool temperature will be set to a maximum of 84 degrees. Please note, it can take up to 12 hours for the pool to reach this temperature.

-Pool heat is $75 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heat fee is specifically to cover the costs associated with heating the pool.

-In extreme cold weather, typically between December and February, the pool heat is less effective—especially when temperatures go below 50 degrees. We recommend utilizing the hot tub as an alternative during cold weather.

Please note that this property has 4 bedrooms, but this listing is for occupancy and usage of 3 bedrooms. You will have exclusive access to the entire space, ensuring privacy, but we kindly ask that only 3 bedrooms be used during your stay. This allows us to keep cleaning costs down and reduce wear and tear, offering you a more competitive rate. If you need access to the fourth bedroom, feel free to message us or check out our listing for the full 4-bedroom option. If additional rooms are used without prior arrangement, a fee of $75/night per extra bedroom will apply.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

★ SECURITY DEPOSIT ★
Please electronically sign our rental agreement and upload a picture of your ID within 48 hours of booking. The signature and government ID must match the reservation and credit card name. A security deposit authorization of $300 is also required.

★Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
