Luxury cabin on creek near Broken Bow Lake w/ loft

OVERVIEW:

Red Bear Cabin sits on 3 acres and is conveniently located near Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and many Hochatown area attractions and restaurants. As you enter the warm, fully furnished cabin you'll feel right at home. The living room boasts a large stone fireplace you can cozy up next to, or you can curl up on the oversized leather couch and chair while you share memories with your friends and family.

The living room flows into the updated kitchen featuring a 5 burner gas stove and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Seating for 4 is offered at the bar in the kitchen, which is right next to the dining table offering seating for 6 more.

Off the kitchen is an outdoor, screened-in, covered patio which offers great views of the creek situated behind the cabin. The large dining table on the patio offers a great place to enjoy a meal while taking in the views around you. There's also an outdoor sectional and fire pit table on the patio which makes for a great, relaxing evening. You may even get lucky and see deer walking through.

As you make your way back inside, you'll see the loft which overlooks the living room. This is a great hang out space which offers an arcade unit featuring 60 different games. It also has a twin size daybed and extra blankets to curl up with.

Through the living room and down the hall, you'll find the laundry room which includes a full size washer and dryer. The laundry room also has a mini beverage fridge and tons of counter space and cabinets for your use.

As you continue down the hall, you'll find the hall bathroom, which has a large, luxurious walk-in shower. It's located right next to a bedroom which includes a queen size bed. This bedroom also has a door leading to the back porch which includes another sitting area and dining table.

At the end of the hall around the corner is a master suite, featuring a king size bed and private bathroom with a luxurious and relaxing soaking tub.

Also off the living room is a bunk room featuring twin bunk beds. Nestled behind the bunk beds is a fun little hideout with a desk and chair.

In the bunk room, stairs lead up to the upstairs bedroom. Here, you'll find a private suite featuring a queen size bed and large walk-in shower. A desk and chair also sit next to the window for those needing to work while they play.

Outside, you'll find a large sitting area with Adirondack chairs situated around the fire pit next to the seasonal creek. There's a playset for the kids and kids at heart to enjoy. A variety of outdoor games are also offered, including Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Jumbo Connect 4, Ladder Toss, and Jumbo Left Center Right. For those enjoying grilling, a gas grill is also offered. There's also a porch swing and additional outdoor seating around the front of the cabin. Here you may catch deer walking through the neighborhood early in the morning.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:

The cabin features 3 private bedrooms as well as a bunk room and loft to comfortably sleep 9 guests in beds. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms.
