We are ready for you at the beautiful "Pining for Pinot" property -- a luxury cabin nestled beneath soaring pines and only minutes from downtown Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and public access to thousands of acres of ATV trails!

Pining for Pinot is the perfect place for making memories! Whether you are planning a getaway with friends or a multi-family vacation, there is plenty of room for you and your guests! With 5 King bedrooms (3 with En Suites) and a bunk room that sleeps up to 10, you can be sure that everyone will be comfortable.

The bunk room is a total blast for kids, located upstairs adjacent to the lounge loft, it includes 4 bunk beds (6 twin beds and 2 full beds) each with its own personal reading light, and of course a Smart TV for a cozy movie night!

Enjoy Entertaining? Downstairs, the open floorplan lends itself perfectly to large gatherings with friends and family. The centrally located kitchen is well-appointed and fully stocked with plenty of room to gather around the large island and dining table.

Views of mature pines are visible through picture windows throughout the home. Enjoy the sounds of nature while sipping a glass of pinot on the expansive back deck in front of the cozy fireplace!

There is no shortage of entertainment once outside. Beneath the covered area you will find a full-size ping pong table, outdoor poker table, eight person hot tub, gas grill, and a gas fireplace with new comfortable seating and a television, perfect for outdoor game nights!

Beyond the covered living space, you will find one of the most popular places on the property - the fire pit! Surrounded by plenty of Adirondack chairs, it is the ideal spot for star gazing on a clear night or roasting the perfect marshmallow! We provide starter campfire logs and there is a wood locker on site.

NEW Addition to the backyard - We've added an A-Frame! Designed to be a multi-use space for kids and adults, we've included a hammock, rug, floor pillows, and hanging lanterns so you can use the space however you want! Lounging, napping in the hammock, kid's playhouse, yoga hut, meditation, etc.

NEW: Outdoor Bar! - The bar is situated near the firepit and the A-frame with the soaring pine trees as its backdrop. It is sure to be a popular spot during your stay! The space was designed to be used year-round with a cover for protection against the elements, swinging barstools that are mounted to the bar itself, and string lights that create a soft glow after dark. The perfect place to have a local glass of wine (pinot) or whiskey!

The main road leading to the entrance of the neighborhood, Lucian Sorrel, will also take you directly to public lands used for ATV, OHV riding trails. The road turns into Wyr 52700 Rd. and is a popular area for all day off-roading adventures and only minutes from the cabin! Our gravel, circle drive has plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles, trailers, and atvs.

Don't feel like making breakfast? Need a quick snack to take with you on your next hike? Stop by The Market at Local 259 on your way out! Located at the entrance to the neighborhood off Hwy 259, The Market is a great place to find quality snacks, groceries, and made-fresh daily specials for breakfast and lunch. (Pro-tip: try the breakfast burritos or one of their freshly baked muffins -- you won't be disappointed!)
