Surrounded by nature, this beautiful cabin offers plenty of space for 10 guests to relax, enjoy each other’s company and make wonderful memories.
2 master bedrooms are on the first floor provides guests with a luxuriously comfortable king-sized beds, topped with a super comfy mattress. It’s so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! Not only will you be able to enjoy your favorite TV shows on the 55” smart TV, but also the breathtaking views through the exceptionally large windows bringing nature indoors. Cozy up in the hanging chair with your favorite morning beverage and a blanket. In the mornings, step through the back doors to enjoy alone time and a warm cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the 3rd bedroom, complete with 4 custom built-in bunk beds with trundle beds. Sit back and relax on one of the two oversized bean bags, while enjoying your favorite show or movie on the 100" indoor projector screen. It’s a great space for kids to hang out with a few board games, especially while listening to the pitter-patter of raindrops on a rainy day. But no kid will get bored when there are 7 arcades to pick from and play for hours. 5 arcades in the game room with a Star Wars digital arcade pinball machine as well as even a 2-person arcade in the top loft area. This fun area is a MUST SEE.

3 full size stylish bathrooms with modern fixtures and plenty of room are available for use throughout your stay.
On the first floor, each master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, complete with double sink vanity.
A 3rd full bathroom can be found on the second floor, offering a modern, clean vibe and a hot shower. There’s plenty of bathroom space, so rest assured there won’t be a line for the bathroom.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.
ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The cabin features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.
RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding cabins.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No pets, fireworks or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub & fire features.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.
NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the cabin.
GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from mid-May to mid-September in the warmer months.
NO PETS: Pets are not allowed.
NOTICE: All guests at the cabin agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the cabin. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the cabin, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.
WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
