We kindly ask you to treat our space with respect as it is someone’s home, not a hotel. Previous guests have loved their stay, and we trust you will too. If any issues arise we will try to take prompt action, but please note that there are not 24/7 on-site staff.
A couple of days before your arrival you can expect:
1. Check-in details for a keyless, easy self-check in
2. A digital guidebook with all the house information and recommendations for preferred activities, shopping, and restaurants in Broken Bow
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- The entire house is all yours during your stay, with the exception of two owner’s closets
- Wheelchair accessible ramp, with one bedroom and ensuite bathroom downstairs.
- While there is ample parking, there is one RV/EV hookup.
- Please use caution and enjoy the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge at your own risk.
- Check-in and check-out times are prompt to ensure adequate turnover times. We will be happy to notify you if there is the potential to check-in early.
- Firewood is NOT provided due to pest control. However, it is sold at multiple stores nearby.
- Pets are NOT allowed due to allergies of many guests. If you do bring a pet, you will be fined $250 plus an additional cleaning fee, and asked to leave the cabin immediately.
- We provide a starter set of essentials. You may need to purchase more if you’re booking an extended stay.
- We utilize an alarm system and camera monitoring to ensure the safety of the property. Your privacy is paramount to us and assure you that these tools do not record or store audio or information of any kind. They are implemented for the safety of the property.
