The property was well done but the beds and decor is a little tired. Overall, our expectations were met, and Pam was extremely pleasant to work with and we had no problems.

Clean, Easy, Fun
We had a great time in Broken Bow for our first vacation there. The cabin was very clean, easy to find, and easy to use. There were 5 of us (kids aged 2,5,7) and we had no issues. The hot tub outside was very clean and easy to use. There was a playscape in the backyard that was good for the little ones. They had anything you needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of games around the house. Lastly, the host was extremely responsive.

Generous space
Family celebrating Thanksgiving together. Great hiking, liked the hot tub and the fire pit. Television was a pain to turn up the audio. Kitchen could use a toaster and new baking sheets. We had inquired about baking casseroles and told should have plenty. Only had one. We got by using pans, etc. Enjoyed our stay in the area and hope to return.

Relaxing family getaway
Cabin was clean and just as listed. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig along with K cups available. Plenty of clean bath towels including beach towels for the hot tub available. We needed to ask the host a question once during our stay and she was quick to respond. Evolve staff were helpful and professional during booking process. We would stay here again.

Amazing Family Trip
We had such a wonderful time at this cabin! It was big enough for the whole family, great accommodations in the cabin to entertain the adults and the kids. Close to all of the things so traveling to get anything wasn’t out of the way but you were still far enough away to fill like you are all alone. Great communication with property manager too! We got to pull off a great surprise, with my sister who lives in another state surprising the family with her and the kids! Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend this cabin!

Family vacation stay
The cabin was lovely and well clean upon arrival , although we were upset to find that they pictures are very deceiving. From the photos we assumed we would be staying in a secluded wooded cabin, you are surrounded by neighbors VERY CLOSE no privacy out doors. The neighborhood was nice with the Exception that people FLY down the road very fast . I would recommend choosing another cabin if your hoping for privacy and allowing children to run and play freely. The cabin is also equipped with a fireplace indoors BRING YOUR OWN WOOD, they do not supply that for you , the fire pit in the back yard has a lot left to be desired. Sleeping : the beds are very firm , but plenty of blankets galore and even a extra mattress for kiddos which was wonderful! Each bedroom also has a tv as well which was nice. Hot tub: we enjoyed 1 night In the tub which was wonderful and relaxing with the exception that you feel as though your being watched because there is a camera pointed right in the direction. Amenities: the toilet paper would be my biggest complaint it is the absolute cheapest paper on the market terrible !! Cooking: we prepared a early thanksgiving dinner which was super easy with all of the provided cook ware and spices as well !! Things to do : there were many games for all ages provided which was amazing we enjoyed it very much with a large family and many kiddos, local restaurants and wineries are all within walking distance. You were in a neighborhood inside of town so all of the local amenities and attractions are very near. I highly recommend taking a drive through beaver band national state park absolutely beautiful. Parking : there are many trees in the front yard definitely limited room for vehicle parking. - would we book again ? Probably not with children but definitely a girls weekend with adults who want to experience all of the town , not ideal for wanting to just hang at the cabin and relax / play games and spend time out doors.

No hot water + hot tub rashes all around
Cons-Cabin is smaller than pictures, no blankets for the futons, no hot water inside for 4 days for 10 people, and loud construction and dust across the street the entire time, couch is so worn out you sink into the holes that have been worn into it. Pros-The cabin is well stocked in the kitchen with dishes, pans, and even seasonings, beautifully decorated.

Hi Jennifer, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we are sorry that you experienced issues with the hot water. We followed up with the homeowners who wanted to share the following: 1) The owners offered you generous measures to compensate for the lack of hot water. This issue has been fixed. 2) Neither we nor the owners have control over the neighboring construction, however, it is almost complete. 3) The home now has a new sofa and recliner. 4) This is the first time they've heard a concern regarding the hot tub; they will look into it. 5) We encourage guests to reach out with such issues while in residence so that we might have a chance to make things right. We look forward to these owners hosting many more 5-star stays!

This cabin is perfect for two families. We went with another family and it was absolutely perfect. It’s a very short drive the center of Broken Bow, the lake, and Girls Gone Wine. The playground and hot tub provided great entertainment for all. There is a grill, fire pit, great kitchen, and laundry room. It was super clean and we had a blast! I have no complaints and would definitely recommend.

Neighbors & stay
Nice vacation with family and friends. Some appliances did not work and some stove top burners did not heat up. Neighbors kept giving us dirty looks and comments out of nowhere. We brought small dog but their dogs were left outside barking most of the day. She then complained for us to keep our dog inside the whole time because it was upsetting her dogs. We caught the neighbors wife walking through the property and peeking through the backyard. Other than the neighbors everything went good.

Wonderful get away. Not super secluded but close to all the good shops, restaurants, and parks. Nice layout for multiple families or visitors. The back door sticks but we just taped the tumbler during our stay. I would recommend to others.
