The resort includes an inground swimming pool (seasonal access) and a clubhouse (year-round access). The clubhouse includes a gym, library with seating area, dining area, bathroom, game room with a pool table, a video arcade table, a poker/snooker table, and a full kitchen to use for events.

Snuggle Up is located within the Sweet Serenity Resort, a new 36-acre subdivision surrounded by acres and acres of hardwood trees, majestic pines, and farmland, 15 minutes north of Hochatown. Come sit on one of the two porches, kick back, and enjoy the unique surroundings and the peaceful seclusion this unique property has to offer.
Snuggle Up is a beautiful 400 square-foot one-bedroom tiny house built for couples seeking the solitude of the woods, the amenities of a quaint hotel, and the fun of a small vacation resort complete with a clubhouse and seasonal inground pool. An added bonus is that Snuggle Up is located just down the road from a seldom-used public boat ramp known mostly to local residents, where you can put your watercraft onto the lake or fish off its coastline.

Upon entering, you will find an inviting, `snug` living room complete with a 50` HD flat-screen smart television, a two-person cushy sofa, a reading chair, and an easy-to-start electric fireplace that adds warmth to the space on chilly nights. The full-height vaulted ceilings make the space open up and not feel claustrophobic like most tiny houses tend to do. The layout inside Snuggle Up reveals a contemporary open-concept floor plan, ensuring everything you could possibly need is within easy reach for interactive living and relaxation. Snuggle Up is located just 15 minutes north of the hustle and bustle of Hochatown and offers the quiet seclusion that so many new and returning guests are requesting and are often disappointed to find doesn`t exist. Hochatown proper is great if you don`t mind being right in the middle of all the action. However, if you are looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peace and quiet that nature offers with your significant other, then Snuggle Up located within the new resort destination, Sweet Serenity, is the destination for you.

Located just a few minutes east of the highway towards Broken Bow Lake, Sweet Serenity has absolutely no road noise and no other developments to interfere with your peaceful getaway. Sweet Serenity encompasses 36 beautiful acres of hardwood trees, 4 one-bedroom cabins, a Tiny House, and a Clubhouse for only 10 guests to enjoy. The center of the resort consists of an inground swimming pool with sundeck, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, lots of outdoor seating, and acres and acres to roam around on. Inside the Clubhouse you will find a gym with a treadmill, weights, resistance bands, yoga mats, and more, a big screen TV, pool table, poker table, snooker table, video arcade, dining area, and library complete with books to borrow and games to play. Down the road, only 5 minutes away, is a rarely used public boat ramp if you want to get on the lake away from the crowds. And the stars at night are breathtaking!

Cancellations/Reschedules:
• 50% refund up to 30 days prior to your arrival (except Airbnb fees)
• There are no dates changes or refunds made inside 14 days. Due to the nature of our business and commitment to individual cabin owners there are no exceptions to this rule.
• We do not refund payments or adjust your reserved dates for weather-related events or other acts of God beyond our control.
• If you purchased trip cancellation insurance, please review your policy, or contact the 800-number provided on your insurance confirmation.

Check out: 11 am

The local housekeeping companies must clean multiple cabins within a set time frame. Please respect their schedule and depart by your designated check-out time.
Prohibitions: The following are not allowed on our properties:
• Smoking inside any cabin. Any smoke-related abatement efforts or clean-up of cigarette butts in the yard will result in an additional cleaning charge of $50.
• Additional guests beyond the number listed on your confirmation, without prior written consent.
• Vacationing students or individuals under 21 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent or with prior written consent.
• Burning candles.
• Hazardous materials (except customary cleaning and fertilizing substances), explosives, or illegal drugs.
• Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind without prior written consent.
• GUNS: Guns must always be unloaded and in a locked box while in the cabin. Guns left on the premises will be forfeited to the police and guest must arrange pick up with the department.

MAX Occupancy: Each cabin has a maximum guest number allowed. Your reservation must reflect accurately the number of guests in your party.

MIN Stay: Our cabins may require a minimum stay of two or three nights, depending on the time of year. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or high season.

NO Daily Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

Check OUT Policy: Before your departure we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the cabin tidy.
• Please dispose of all indoor trash into outdoor bins.
• Wash all used dishes. Dishes may be left in dishwasher if they are clean or left running.
