• You’ll be just 5–7 minutes from Choctaw Landing Casino, the southern entrance to Beavers Bend State Park (259A), Buffalo Grill, FishTales Winery, Shady Oaks Restaurant, Janet’s Treasure Chest, and Hochatown Amusements (mini golf and go-karts).
• Like many properties in Hochatown, access includes a short stretch (approximately 3–4 minutes) of flat, well-maintained packed-dirt county road after turning off Highway 259. The road is easily passable in standard vehicles and part of the authentic mountain setting.
