'I was expecting more. Atleast for it to be clean. My bed smelled like sweaty men. I had to wash the sheets myself. I woke up with a sore throat due to the dirty air conditioning units and dust I kept choking on in the middle of the night. The pillows smelled like sweaty heads. The shower and toilet had stains, so not sure how well they cleaned as I sprayed and wiped them down. I did not get a good nights rest. Towels are dingy and with dark stains. The staff were in a bad mood when you needed...

'After a late flight from Amsterdam, and a late check in, I got my keys in less than 1 minute. Big rooms, very clean, comfy bed, good room temperaturen. A modern updated hotel. I’ve got astma and will get a bad allergy reaction or van not sleep if a place is moldy or not clean enough. Silent & safe hotel, Superb breakfast and friendly staff. Thank you for the wonderful service and accommodation! I’m a frequent traveler and will choose Embassy again. '

'The hotel was in a neighborhood of crackheads and drunks, hanging in and around the property. The hotel looked terrible, it looked dirty, the windows were filthy and blinds looking at the blinds from the outside was filthy as well. it has the appearance of a place where hookers/prostitutes may go to sleep with someone for quick money. The place looked nothing like the pictures that we saw online. The front desk clerk was rude and nasty, because I refused to stay in such horrible conditions...

'Overall, the room seemed clean, but the floor was dirty. Good breakfast, as is typically of HIE. The shuttle didn't come to the airport, so, I hopped a ride for a tip with another that was going by my hotel. The site says they have 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport. So, not bad, but room for improvement.'

'The hotel was great. The staff were great and helpful. The food was really good. It’s a little hard to get to the hotel from the airport even though it was advertised to be an airport hotel. Also, I expected to have an airport view room but I was located on the other side of the hotel. I would like for them to advertise their rooms as airport view or not. Other than that, the hotel was great.'

'Cleaning staff needs to do better with cleaning there were a family of fruit flies in my room and front desk provides poor customer service when it comes to communication for breakfast or any other amenities in the hotel.'
