The house was very clean and well equipped. Its a comfortable place to stay and they have clear directions and expectations in the guidebook and signage. We will definitely use or recommend this space for future trips to Brookings.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The house was very quaint and by a pond and walking path. I grew up in Brookings and I highly recommend this place! It was fabulous!

Can’t say enough great things about my stay here. It was perfect in every way- had everything I needed. Private bath. Laundry, full kitchen. If I’m ever in Brookings again, I’ll be staying here!

Very nice. It was clean, very organized, nicely decorated and comfortable. Probably the most comfortable mattress we have slept on! It was in a nice community and close to everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable. Good and quiet location. Nice walking path and overlooks a pond. It was a bit confusing to find since it was apparently once the community room for the two house complex but has been nicely transformed into a comfy place to stay.
