'the worst check in experience i’ve ever had at a hotel! I walked in to a man with a cigarette in his mouth behind the front desk and when i politely said hello the man screamed out the front desk ladies name so loudly in order to get her to the desk. once she came out she was rude. did not greet me at all. the first thing she said to me was “phone number?” it also seemed as if she did not understand the check in process what so ever. it took 20-25 minutes to get checked in and get my key to my...

'Room was very clean, thermostat allowed whatever temperature you wanted, staff were very friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast was free and good, and there was ample parking.'

'Checked in nearly at midnight. Parked immediately in front of my room which was great. However you do get what you pay for. 2nights for $125. The room looked cleaned when I first walked in, but there were hairs in the bathtub and small dead bugs all over the floor under the sink, behind the toilet & doors. 'I know sometimes you can’t help it, but there were ants. They bit me and my fiend all night. I checked For bed bugs and it was not it. It was ants. The shower still had hair in the shower from previous people who had the room. Staff was good and tried to help. It wasn’t their fault. I was Going to stay two nights but I left And they didn’t charge me for the night I left.'

'The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.'

'We were traveling and after a long day with 4 littles we stopped at this hotel; The fist room was littered in garbage. It had a musky smell. The TV was broken and would not turn on , even with pushing the button on the tv. They put new batteries in the remote and as expected it did not fix the tv. The floors were disgusting. My 9 month old found trash on the floor lining the beds that he almost got into his mouth immediately. I went downstairs for a new room. The worker offered us another room,...

'I waited 30+ minutes to check in and there was only one per in front of me. The room was clean but had a weird smell and the water tasted gross out of the faucet. The "so-called" free breakfast was picked over by 8am and was told they were out of coffee. Not that they couldn't make more, they were OUT period. We were just disappointed.'

'Staff was incredibly friendly; however, the bathroom smelled like urine and the room looked run down. The beds are full size, not queen. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options and bread. The room came in clutch during a busy weekend in Jonesboro, but it’s not somewhere I plan on staying again. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the condition of the property and amenities overshadowed that.'

'This was a nice place with a very comfortable bed. A nice setup with a small living area and a separate bedroom area. I liked the jack and Jill bathroom with entrances from living and bedroom areas. Also had very good sound proofing.'
