'Amazing location. Very clean!'

'A beautiful 115-year-old church with 23 unique rooms. Parking lot is directly across the street. The Russell Hotel is clean, secure and most comfortable. Most important is that a portion of each night's stay provides 16 beds and warm meals at local homeless shelters.'

'Best place ever'

'Super mooi en perfect gelegen op loopafstand naar bruisend broadway, waaaaauw wat een sfeer, wat een stad als je van muziek houdt. Bealestreet vond ik geweldig, maar als ik moet kiezen....😉😁'

'Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys. After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady...

'Mooi hotel downtown. Prima locatie vlakbij Broadway maar toch rustig. Mooie kamer, alles nieuw. Ook mooie lobby en hotelbar ineen. '

'Een fijne kamer met comfortabele bedden. Wel onhandig dat de kluis niet werkte en na melden ook niet werd gemaakt, terwijl dat wel werd toegezegd. De ontbijtruimte is te klein en chaotisch voor zo’n groot hotel. Het zwembad ligt aan een enorm drukke weg. Verder werd er niets gezegd over te luide (jonge) gasten, terwijl dat wel bij de regels naast het zwembad hing (geen schreeuwen..).'

'Overall good location'

'Perfect hotel on walking distance. The washing machine and dryer were a pleasant surprise! '

'Fully was rude but everyone else was nice. Very expemsovve.far albany ny. It wasn't even a Suite. I will stay at the other property righr next door next time.'

'Ruime kamer met pantry, alles is nieuw, schoon, netjes. Karina was great! He helped us very well! Het ontbijt was niet veel soeps. '

'The room was nice but had stains on the carpet and wall. Valet parking rates change and we’re $73 plus tax because of an NFL game that day. Refrigerator in room has a small bar in it but wasn’t very cold.'

'Loved the easy access to coffee and water on each floor. Missed having a pool or hot tub or sauna Staff were always polite and helpful and attentive to requests.'
