Villa Brtonigla is located in the village of Brtonigla, not far from Novigrad. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room, which receives a lot of natural light through large panoramic windows. The entire space is decorated in a modern style and has underfloor heating. The large couch in the living room invites you to relax and socialize, and the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all kinds of meals during your vacation. If you like to start your day with a cup of coffee, you will love the filter coffee maker and the capsule coffee maker in the kitchen. And if you are traveling with your family, you will find a high chair for babies in the dining room.



Villa Brtonigla has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating, so you can set the perfect temperature regardless of the season. The room on the ground floor also has a cot, making it suitable for families, and all rooms have access to a balcony. Some bathrooms have a bathtub and some have a walk-in shower, so you can choose the one that suits you best. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available.



In the villa's spacious garden you will find the swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing summer swim. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower and a relaxing area with deck chairs. There is also a covered patio with a table, which is a great place for outdoor group gatherings, and there is also a lounge area by the pool. An additional building in the garden contains a summer kitchen with necessary utensils and a table, plus another bathroom. You can also use the charcoal grill equipped with all the necessary accessories to prepare light summer meals.



If you would like to explore Istria during your stay at the villa, you can head towards the coast and visit the historic towns of Umag, Novigrad and Poreč. Or you can head inland, where you will discover famous settlements such as Višnjan, famous for its observatory, and Motovun, a medieval Istrian town on a hill. If you're traveling with your family, don't miss the Istralandia water park near Novigrad, which has plenty of pools and slides for visitors of all ages.
