'We loved every minute. We can't wait to go back next year and book a longer stay. The loons were magical. The location was so peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful. Our beach was alittle rough for our 6yrs old but there was a public sandy beach a few minutes away. If you're attached to your cell phone this isn't your place. There is cell reception 15minutes away if need be. I honestly didn't miss having access. More time for family to concentrate on each other. If you go remember bug spray'

'What a great week … as others stated the property exceeded expectations …. Nice and roomy.. Kitchen is super well equipped … checkin was a breeze as door code provided and easy entrance. Master has great view of lake and sunrise… 2 bathrooms with showers is a bonus… water toys and inflatables were great as was the hot tub … lots of comfy chairs on dock and deck…. Screen in room overlooks lake and is excellent for your morning coffee and reading time…Fire pit area is large and roomy and ample...

'The trailer was older but fully functional. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful. The space was very nice with trails, canoeing, and the full camping experience. Great private quiet spot in the valley! Thanks Josh and family! '

'The property is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained, with so many different places to host dinners and chats both inside and out that you'll never struggle to find the perfect spot!But the hosts were easily the stars of the show! Colleen and her husband were so incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to the many questions we had for them.With plans for upgrades already it's hard not to imagine their property becoming a hot spot for both couples and groups alike!'

'We had a truly lovely stay at this cozy cottage in Barry's Bay! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the quiet surroundings made for a wonderfully peaceful retreat.Unfortunately, our youngest wasn't feeling well with a bit of sun exhaustion for the first two days, so we spent some quality one-on-one time indoors. Thankfully, the cottage was well-equipped with plenty of puzzles and games, which kept us happily occupied during her recovery while the rest of the family enjoyed the water...

'I really loved how intimate this experience was. We had only one other group here and interacted only just enough to say "hello" in passing. There are HUGE berry bushes, lots of (tiny, harmless) wildlife, beautiful wild flowers, and trails to follow. On the downside, I was a little sad to discover that this space doesn't have a dock nor anywhere to rent watercraft. The advertisement somewhat led me to believe otherwise. There are, however, excellent rates nearby in Bancroft proper.'

Detail… impeccable.Jess thinks of everything—from a fully-stocked pantry and farm fresh eggs, to robes for the spa, and quick, friendly communication… The cabin was the perfect getaway destination for my sons, their girlfriends, and I to enjoy some beautiful quality time together. Will certainly book again!Thank you, Jess and Family!'

'Our stay was okay however the property was quite messy and differed greatly from the online listing. The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing.'

'A beautiful picturesque cottage in a very quiet and peaceful area. Everything worked well, and was clean in every aspect. We didn't canoe at all as we're not really on-the-water people, but we enjoy relaxing by it...nearby Bancroft had everything we needed as well. Had a nice relaxing time.'

'Lakepoint was amazing! Stayed for a weekend with our dog and the area was perfect. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was functional and bbq was very nice. Gas stations and convenience stores 15 mins away. All together a great comfortable stay '

'The perfect slice of tranquility. We were immersed in nature. That means quiet, bird song and croaking frogs. It meant a visit from a tortoise, turkeys and the sound of whispering leaves. The cabin is well appointed and clean. It felt comfortable. It was the relaxing getaway... with ping pong and a little canoeing. The only downside was some mosquito bites... expect that when going into nature! Overall, it couldn't have been better. '
