Welkom bij 337 Beach Club! Dit mooi bijgewerkte 2BR / 2BA appartement is gelegen aan de St. Simons Beach Club resort. Deze bijgewerkte woning ligt op de 3e verdieping en biedt overal travertijnvloeren en heeft ook alle gemakken van thuis - op slechts een steenworp afstand van de oceaan. De grote master suite biedt een kingsize bed en een zithoek. De master badkamer biedt een groot ligbad en een aparte douche evenals voldoende kastruimte. De gast slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden en een gastentoilet grenzend aan de ingang met een bad douche. Een flatscreen-televisie met kabel is te zien in de woonkamer en beide slaapkamers. De voorzieningen van de Beach Club zijn ongeëvenaard op St. Simons. De woning beschikt over een parkeergarage met beveiligde toegang, een groot zwembad aan de oceaan, een kinderbad, twee bubbelbaden, liften, tennisbanen, een businesscentrum, een trainingsfaciliteit, een gemeenschappelijke feestzaal en fietsverhuur ter plaatse en nog veel meer!

The condo was nice and clean. Had the basic necessities in kitchen. The unit could use some new pans, but we made do with the ones supplied. The property does have 2 hot tubs but one was out of order during our stay and the other did not have the jets working or on. Overall, we enjoyed the area and the condo itself. We would recommend to friends and family.

Great beach access

We loved the beach and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would give 5 stars but the first night the fire alarm malfunctioned and went off for about 30 minutes in the hallway before going off, and I heard it go off again for a short time while we were at the pool deck. I'm not sure why it goes off so often but it needs addressed. Everything else was great.

Managment company was great!

We've stayed at the Beach Club for several years. Always a great decision. Unfortunately, the unit we had booked this year had an A/C issue. Before we even checked in though, the management company had already relocated us to an even larger unit within the building.

St Simons First Timers

We had a great Labor Day on St Simons. We couldn't have been happier with this beautiful villa and how convenient it was to everything on the island. The location was walking distance to great restaurants and even an ice cream shop! We will certainly be back again!!

Getaway Perfection

For the first time in many rentals, the photos are accurate to reality but the place is even better in person. You can’t beat the location for always having a beach in both high and low tides. The condo is extremely well equipped with things you don’t have to pack from home - beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and endless kitchen gadgets. We were pleased to find coffee already there as well as a starter kit of supplies for the dishwasher and laundry that lasted our entire 3 day visit. We are looking at dates to come back! It felt very comfy and like home.

Wonderful property for our family vacation!

This was an amazing unit and property. It was so easy to check in. The owner provided gate and door codes. No need to check in with someone or go to a separate location for a key or anything like that. The unit was nice and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We were so comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I love that they communicated via text! Property was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this property and hope to stay there again when we are back in St. Simon's!

The condo was as advertises , all the codes worked great , no issues getting in or out. Wasnt sure about using the fitness room got a look when i went in so walked the beach and into town. Kitchen could use a little up date but everything worked fine. Very nice starter package to use before you go to the store. Overall would stay there again, the vacationers were all nice and welecoming.

Great Beach Vacation!

We loved our stay at Beach Club! The unit was clean, nicely appointed, and had all of the items for kitchen,bath,and bedding that we would expect from a luxury unit.
