Shore Thing | 4 Bed, 2.5 Bath

Shore Thing is a bright and beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bath single level home that has everything you need for a short trip or a long stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bath and a 65” TV. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twins.

The den has a 65” TV and the spacious living room has a gas fireplace and an 85” TV with a Bose sound bar and speaker.

The modern kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your stay.

The Space
Just as welcoming, the partially fenced yard adds privacy to the large outdoor space, which has a dining table, and an outdoor sofa with a firepit.

Other things to note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

The drive to the beaches of our beautiful islands is approximately 20 minutes.

For those who are in the area for work, the hospital is a few blocks away and FLETC is a 10 minute drive.

There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House Rules:

No noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No parking on the lawn.
Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including garage door, ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
If applicable to your stay, if the trash is not brought to the curb on the designated day per our instructions, a $25 fee will be accessed for haul-away services.
The home is accessible with a key lock. A key is in the lockbox on the front door. The code is 4364. If the key is not returned upon check-out, a $25 fee will be charged for replacement.
Maximum of 2 pets. No Cats.
