Rundum gelungener Besuch. Parkmöglichkeit für 22 EUR pro 24h direkt um die Ecke. Tolle Zimmer, leckerer Kaffee im Zimmer, nettes Personal und super praktische Lage. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The first receptionist was terrible , she doesn’t care about guest comfort. The family rooms are in a second building and has to use stairs, this is a wrong advertising. Until we Getz back from the tours like 6pm, Aa new receptionist gave us 2 single room with elevator and we could have a nice stay. Unless you have no heavy bags this hotel woth it, they don’t have porter

You can hear outside noise from the room. Lots of noise especially on fri/ sat night. Hallways are dark. Wish they had a coffee/tea pot in room instead of on 1st floor.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und angeschlossen an ein Restaurant in einer dunklen Ecke in direkter Nachbarschaft des Brüsseler Stadtkerns. Es gibt kein Auto/Motorrad Zugang, Parkplatz oder derartiges. Das Personal bekommt die Zähne nicht auseinander. Kein Willkommen, keine Begrüssung, kein Abschied, keine Aufnahme einer Café Bestellung, stattdessen wird der Lounge Tisch für‘s Essen gedeckt (nach dem Motto verschwinde wenn Du nur einen Drink willst), die Karte für die Touristen-Steuer verlangt, sowie Ausweis. Sonst, nichts. Kein Wunder, dass hier in der Küche Mäuse herumlaufen, die Fenster nicht richtig schliessen und damit Kälte durchzieht und der Lärm der Kneipen bis um 4 Uhr Morgens selbst im 3. Stock hineinzieht. Die unterdurchschnittlich ausgeführte Fake Vintage Stil Ausstattung mit originaler Staubdecke ändert nichts daran. Nicht zu empfehlen, denn es ist so teuer wie alle anderen überteuerten namhaften zentralen Hotels.

Excellent choice for a long weekend
It took a while to choose a hotel for a long weekend in Brussels, after reading reviews we decided to choose this one. The room was perfect for the weekend, as was the location. You could hear some noise outside, but that was if you really focused on it and it never interfered with our sleep. Easy to access from the Eurostar on the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and we also were lucky enough to be checked in early. Luggage storage was great. The breakfast buffet was great too for the price.

Craves was an interesting Hotel due to the unique design choices and colours. Made it a touch more fun compared to other hotels in the area. Front staff were kind and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in advance of our check-in. The size of the room was very nice. While the room was pleasant and the bed was big and comfy, the shower sprayed water everywhere and did not drain properly. We also did not have hot water to the bathroom sink on the second day.

Le personnel était accueillant mais aucun room service à l'hotel quand bien même il se trouve dans un restaurant. Les chambres sont très mal isolées de l'intérieur, nous entendions tout les bruits du couloir La localisation en revanche est parfaite, entre la bourse et la grand place La chambre etait fidèle aux photos mais la salle de bain n'était pas forcement bien agencée et la douche avait des traces de rouille.

Cozy comfortable and good location
Cute and cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and great location. Staff was very friendly allowing us to check in early and switch to a quiter room on the backside of the hotel. The coffee machine is not in the rooms if you are just booking the small double, so you have to get your hot water and nespressos down the hall. The only issue is the machin broke in the morning, but I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time. The street is busy, so it might be noisy depending on where your room is located. They also had a very cool cocktail bar "hidden" in the hotel we stumbled upon by accident.

The hotel is super stylish and in the middle of Brussels center. Everything is walkable. The room is equipped with everything you need, the bed was comfy and there is a coffee corner on the floor where you can get free tea and coffee 24/7. The only thing we did not like is that it was very noisy and the walls and doors are super thin. You hear every word from the rooms next to you and every step in the hallway. In the early morning the housekeeping was also shouting very loudly through the whole hallway and it seemed that they didn't care much about guests on the floor trying to sleep. They hand out ear plugs in the rooms but they were too big for my ears unfortunately. What bothered us a little was when we checked in they told us that check-out time is 11:30 a.m. but the day we checked out someone knocked on our door a few minutes after 11 asking us when we are leaving.

Excelente opción en el centro histórico
Tiene una muy buena ubicación en el centro histórico de Bruselas y se encuentra muy cerca de una estación de tram que conecta con toda la ciudad. Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas y el personal es amable, las habitaciones son amplias, tienen buena decoración y limpieza.
