Aan de vriendelijkheid van het personeel heb ik absoluut niets op te merken. Maar de ontbijtruimte voldoet absoluut niet voor het aantal gasten. Ik heb ook de indruk dat er met té weinig personeel té veel tegelijk moet gebeuren.

Never again
Hotel room was extremely small - and coming from a European that says a lot. Sound isolation in the room was non existent - the conversation and discomusic from the bar across the road felt like it was happening next to the bed. It was a heatwave - and the hotel and deemed it nevessary to have the window open prior to my arrival cause the room to be even hotter than outside. Result was : no sleep at all and checked out the hotel at 4:30 heading for the earliest train next door instead of me enjoying Brussels the day after. Never again !

Nieuwjaar aan de Beurs
Dit hotel is zeer goed gelegen in het centrum van Brussel, op een tiental minuten wandelen van het Centraal Station en op een paar minuutjes van de Beurs met ook goeie verbindingen met metro. Had een single kamer. Deze kamer, aan de straatkant, was erg klein maar alle noodzakelijke dingen waren aanwezig, koffie/thee-faciliteiten inclusief. Vooral de kleine, doch volledige badkamer (met regendouche) viel aangenaam mee. Hoewel het de nacht van oud naar nieuwjaar was heb ik geen hinder ondervonden van het straatlawaai, er kwam niets door in de kamer. Heb dan ook erg goed geslapen op de prima matras. De kamer was erg proper, aangenaam. Er ontbrak enkel een kluisje om waardevolle spullen in op te bergen. Het ontbijt was niet echt uitgebreid maar toch meer dan ok. Enig minpunt, de ontbijtruimte is eigenlijk té klein voor het aantal kamers in het hotel. Was aanschuiven voor een vrij tafeltje. De ontvangst was correct, uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prijs: Ik betaalde € 149, ontbijt inbegrepen. Normaal liggen de prijzen een stuk lager maar gezien het tijdstip van het jaar lag de prijs nu hoger. De prijs ligt normaal rond € 75, wat een correcte prijssetting is voor dit hotel op die plaats in het centrum van de stad gelegen. Ik zou wel aanraden, ook als single reiziger om een tweepersoonskamer te boeken. Deze kamers zijn heel wat groter en kosten slechts € 5 extra per nacht.

Midden in het centrum, schoon en betaalbaar
Ontzettend leuk hotel, midden in het centrum! Wij verbleven aan de kant want de straat daar is een club die tot een uur of 4:00 doorgaat met muziek. Dat is een beetje jammer maar niet hinderlijk genoeg om niet meer tegaan.

A good experience. Nice and clean room. A bit strange though that upon arrival the window was open and the heater on maximum. Even with the heater off it remained quite warm in the room, and there seemed to be a lack of fresh air. Overall positive about this hotel.

Prima lokatie, schoon maar basic
De lokatie van het hotel was echt ideaal, dichtbij het centrum, de kerstmarkt en veel restaurants. Mijn kamer was een eenpersoonskamer, erg klein maar wel schoon en werkte prima. De lucht in de kamer was elke dag heel erg warm en stoffig, zelfs als ik de verwarming niet aan had. De douche rook ook niet heel fris. Het ontbijt was heel basic, maar er waren wel ook wat warme dingen bij. Internet deed het soms best langzaam, en dat was voor mij wel een probleem. Misschien niet ideaal voor een zakenreis, maar prima als je maar een schone plek voor slapen in het centrum nodig hebt.

This hotel is very close to the Bourse and only a few minutes walk from the Grande Place. It is ideally situated for anyone who wants to see the sites and is only about ten minutes or so walk from Brussels Central Station. We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist who spoke very good English. He could not have been more helpful. The hotel has a lift and we were allocate a room on the fourth floor. Our bedroom was at the rear of the premises so was very quiet, even though the hotel is situated in the city centre. It was not large but adequate for our use. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was a shower room with a walk-in shower. We did not have breakfast as we wanted to get out to explore the sites.

Im Internet steht die Unterkunft hat einen Parkplatz, der Parkplatz ist ein öffentliches Parkhaus welches Sau Teuer ist nimmt lieber mehr Geld in die Hand und habt dann ein Parkplatz inbegriffen als die Wucher zu zahlen und vielleicht sind die Matratzen dann auch nicht so durch gelegen und das Bad sauber.

Das Hotel sieht beim reingehen leider besser aus als es ist. Unser Zimmer war zwar geräumig und mit Fenster, allerdings ging der Föhn nicht, der Ausfluss im Waschbecken lag frei, aus dem Wasserhahn kam hinten immer Wasser raus und somit war alles was auf dem Waschbecken lag leider immer nass. Die Armaturen in der Dusche/Badewanne hinten raus etwas raus. Das ärgerlichste war allerdings die Lautstärke nachts, wir hatten unter Zimmer zur Straße hin und nachts war es bis knapp 3 Uhr nachts super laut. Da die Fenster alt sind war es egal ob man sie auf oder zu hatte. Schlafen ging hier leider nur mit Noise Canceling Kopfhörer. Wir hatten nicht viel Kontakt zum Personal, aber wir fanden es eher kühl und nicht allzu herzlich. Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig und erwarten viel, aber insgesamt kann man sagen für den Preis gab es hier einfach so viele Mängel und Störfaktoren.

Centralt hotell för en perfekt vistelse i Bryssel
Jag och en vän spenderade en långhelg på detta centrala hotell. Bara några minuters promenad till Gran Place och både tunnelbana och spårvagn i närheten. Rummet var inte så stort men väldigt praktiskt och mycket rent. Vi hade önskat rum med utsikt och fick ett rum på första våningen med fransk balkong ut mot gatan och alla vackra byggnader. Mittemot hotellet ligger den kända jazzklubben L´Archiduc och i kvarteret mittemot ligger flera restauranger och pubar vilket gjorde att det var lite livat till sent på kvällarna men vi tyckte det var så underbart! Frukosten på hotellet var helt ok, inte så stort utbud men allt man ville ha. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen nästa gång jag åker tillbaka till Bryssel.
